Guest guest Posted May 28, 2006 Report Share Posted May 28, 2006 Hi, Dont know much about past Life Poona Samskaras, But the 14 mukhi bead really works for me, Today is the 15th Day am wearing it, and in the last one week have got 2 good work projects, which seemed impossible for a couple of months before i could wear the bead, also a man who has lived a life of 38 years of relishing Non-veg food, has been a complete vegetrain for the last 15 days without regret, the bead really seems to change your thinking, you are more peaceful and calm, people and surroundings are also more friendly. On more thing I would love to add is the first few days after wearing it, I had severe acidity problems with in-digestion and severe headaches, but guess that was some kind of cleansing process happening, cause I feel so good and light as far as my health is concerned. Guest guest Posted May 31, 2006 Report Share Posted May 31, 2006 Interesting comments. I have been wearing the Akarshaya Siddh mala (which also contains the 14 Mukhi beads) for about 55 days now. I have a couple of comments in this regard: 1. After 2-3 weeks of wearing the mala, I started working concurrently on 3 different tasks (which I had not done for a while). My energy and determination were boundless. It was as if I could catch 4 hours sleep, I would be ready for the next day to continue to push on my tasks to completion. 2. Some folks who have not been receptive of my ideas, finally started to accept them and agreed to work with me in furthering those thoughts into actions. 3. I have been removing the Akarshaya Siddh mala before bedtime, placing it at the alter and wearing it back again after morning showers. I am always rushing to work in the morning, so I perform a quick pooja in the morning and recite "Om Namah Shivaya" 108 times during my 1 hour commute in the morning. 4. Initially I refrained from non-veg, but had a couple of circumstances where I couldn't. At these times, I removed the Akarshaya Siddh mala and prayed to God to give me the determination needed to stop non-veg consumption, and ate non-veg. This has happened a few times now... So, I don't understand why I have not been able to control my urge to eat non-veg... 5. Since 2 weeks, after continuously working on several concurrent tasks, one by one, theses tasks are hitting a deadend and I don't see any light... I would like to know if anyone else has been thru' such a phase and would like to comment on it or anything similar to my above experiences. Also, I see that some folks have been suggesting that one needs to wear the rudraksha's continuously. But the instructions I received suggested that I remove the mala everynight before bed and wear it again in the morning... This is confusing so I hope someone can clarify this for me.
