Guest guest
Dear Mr Tatvam-Asi, Thank you for a very thought-provoking post. I am a little hesitant though, to "throw the baby out with the bath-water", so to speak. While you are probably correct that the manifestation of the age-old rules is different today, the core symbolism must still be true. While the IT-world shows Rahu-ness and money, it isnt simply a calm and peaceful life in which happiness abounds. It is an always changing, and basically a very stressful world of wildly fluctuating fortunes. So perhaps the core negativity of Rahu-ness remains even today. Similarly, perhaps it is true that Jupiter shows a primary school teacher today. But perhaps at the core it also shows a life in which the role of deeper wisdom in terms of personal life is maintained, which is totally lost in the Rahu world of IT. And perhaps the upper-division clerk has a lot more clout over his subordinates than an IT-manager has over his (the IT manager would probably get fired much before his subordinates if the goals arent met - the subordinates would get absorbed into other projects :-) I dont have your experience with charts (just a lot of experience with the Rahu world of IT :-) - so from your vast experience, does what I say make any sense at all? Is even the core symbolism not maintained? Thanks, Sundeep > Everything in this universe is changing. So naturally the roles of planets also change. What was a chandal 3000 years back, is a computer engineer today. > What was a Guru then is a primary school teacher today. > What was King then, is an Upper division cleark today. > Let us be practical and scale down the attributes of planets to realty level. > Tatvam-Asi >
