Om Namaha Shivaya. Pranam to all Gurus.

 

I have Moon in #rd as well. I would like to understand why one uses

utpana Moon vimshottarri and what are the rules of interpretation.

Lastly would like to understand what other requirements are there to

use this Dasa other than Moon in the 3rd. My info: is as follows:
