a good suggestion - in many cases herpes arises because of "bad blood"

taking green foods, either juiced or steamed, for blood

detoxification is the way to go

you can also take Trvrt root churnam with decoction of Triphala

you might try Kaisore guggulu for this, which is standard remedy

along with the above

here in North America some of our favorite herbs for post-herpetic

neuralgia is St. John's Wort, Jamaican Dogwood and Skullcap

 

long term, you should pay attention to building up ojas and

strengthening immunity

getting adequate sleep and avoiding stimulants
