The below information is offered with the request that

you simply keep it in your prayers in a kindly manner.

 

I first heard of our Baba in late 1960's from my parents

whose friends were traveling to India to see Swami and

coming back to the Los Angeles area with stories and

rings he had made for them etc., including Walter and

Elsie Cowan and the meeting they gave to tell the story

after their trip when Walter died and was resurrected.

They later started the Bookstore in Tustin California

with a groundbreaking ceremony that I attended with

my parents and youngest brother Chuck who later took

me to India to see Swami in 1996 per my story at

I have a video from my late brother Chuck made as a film

by Richard Bock apparently in the 1970's about how Swami

has come to fulfill all the religious prophecies, towards the

coming Golden Age as He explains it. In this video is also

an interview with a Hopi man in his area, but not so many

details about their prophecies which are discussed below.

 

I therefore attribute the strange things that have happened

to me in my 61 years of life to Baba's grace and play and divine

will, including those experiences mentioned in this compilation

below about my visits to the Hopi native American tribe

starting in 1976 and why I told their interpreter Thomas

Banyacya in 1977, and their Fire Clan Tablet Keeper in 1998

when I gave him a packet of vibuhti that Baba handed to me

after our interview, that I believe the Hopi prophecy about

the return of their sacred stone tablet will happen somehow

with the involvement of our Baba.  Now, thirty years after my

first visit there it seems like, rather than waiting, now is the

time for prayer and supplication of Swami for this to happen

by his appearance in Hopi land in response to a prayer ceremony

there which folks who understand can help conduct and pray

Baba's appearance there to fulfill this prophecy for the benefit

of all humanity and the cause of world peace.  I offer below

this background information for your prayers and understanding

in the spirit of our common desire for global peace now, as and if

(and when) it is the will of the One God.

 

The new energy technologies genre to replace nuclear and fossil

fuel power also has the involvement of another Sai devotee in India,

The reference in the below document by Master Karol about Baba

coming to the US was during that time in Summer of 1977 when

the Cowan's had tried and gotten Baba's agreement to come to

the US on an airplane but Goldstein explained after it had been

postponed twice that the third try became a cancellation of the idea.

However at the time of this writing below it was still planned for

Him to come by airplane.  Of course we know that He does not need

an airplane to go anywhere and appear to anyone for any divine

purpose.

Brother Jeffrey Bullard has responded thoughtfully below on

this idea of "Leadership and the Rainbow (Human) Family" --

raising a number of points that warrant a thoughtful response

to this good brother who has been doing for several years

the annual Global Peace Walk from Santa Fe to Taos, NM,

from April 8-22, after its beginning walking from New York

to San Francisco in 1995 for the United Nations 50th anniversary

to bring out the prayer of "Global Peace Now!" as the universal

human resolve and inaugurating the UN International Decade

of the World's Indigenous Peoples, and the Year 2000 Global Peace

Walk from San Francisco to New York for the UN 55th inaugurating

the Year & Decade of Creating a Culture of Peace and Nonviolence for

the Children of the World 2001-2010, conducted by Rainbow Family

folks and initiated by the Buddhist Monk and Zen Shiatzu Meditation

Practitioner Rev. Yusen Yamato who many know and love from

meeting at the Rainbow Family Gatherings as I did first in Oregon

in 1978 when he brought the Peace Pole Ceremony and offered

it for the first time at the Rainbow Gatherings.  I participated

then in the ceremony, joining in this offering going back 2200

years to the time of King Ashoka of India who accepted the

teachings of Buddha and renounced warfare and violence

thereafter, building many peace poles, peace pillars, and

peace stupas throughout the whole Indian subcontinent which

manifested a 500 year period of no war, no crime, and no violence

anywhere in that area.  This is the power for peace of the

teaching behind the peace pole and the message of peace that

it symbolizes, but it has been turned into just another toy

and plaything at the Rainbow Gatherings by folks like its

present keeper Sufi Bari WYTE, who goes by other names and

I am sure is a wonderful brother but just mistaken in how the

peace pole has been used, instead turning it into an object

of idolatry, an icon of shamed egos.  My participation then

and in subsequent peace pole ceremonies, eg, Arizona 1979

and 1998, and the Unity Gathering (Drums Around the World)

near the Grand Canyon in 1994 when the Santa Barbara Peace

Pole for Jerusalem was introduced via the Peace Walk from

camp to camp and in the Jesus camp experienced simultaneous

lightning and thunder at the mention of the name of Jesus, to

everyone's astonishment, and many other places, my participation

has been limited to being just another person beating the

Tenku celestial drum and chanting the Na Mu Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo,

as all humans are invited to do, per Buddha's Prophecy that this

will bring peace in our times as this medicine word is voiced by

all of humanity in this "era of declined law" called Mappo, now after

the fifth 500 year period since the demise of Shakaymuni Buddha

and ~700 years after the time of Saint Nichiren who first put to

voice this medicine word for global peace in the Chinese language

from the Lotus Sutra translated from Sanskrit to Chinese in Xian

China 1600 years ago this year 2006.

I do not consider myself a "leader" especially since I have no

"followers," but I am simply just a scientist, a chemist, who

has uncovered the mistake in science, seen the wizard behind

the curtain, and found the solution to correct the mind of

science into harmony with the natural cosmic law order

depicted as Torah, Dharma/Karma, The Will of The One God,

The Law of Love, the Tao, and in spiritual traditions such as

the native Americans as the Natural Law, and The Great

Law of Peace, also as the theme of Einstein's conviction that

this inviolably sovereign (like gravity) cosmic natural law

could be depicted in the language of mathematics as a

"simple set of equations that describe all of physical reality,

all events in nature, no matter where or when, with 100%

certainty," called "unified field theory equations".  This is

what I believe I have done with the four equations of my

Tetron Natural Unified Field Theory developed between

August 1, 1974 and April 27, 1977, as a consequence of

my fervent desire to serve humanity and to understand

the error, and how to correct it, regarding "how humanity

is mis-applying faith and belief."  These equations purport

to correct and complete Einstein's famous "equivalence

equation" E=mC^2, whose interpretations are called

"relativity theory" but these interpretations are based

on a compromise about the true nature of light, the C

in that equation, a compromise taught in junior level

physics in college to be due to a "mathematical convention"

by which the square of this unique vector C, that is different

than all other vectors (speed plus direction) because light

is "pegged" to the identity of the observer instead of to the

notion of an exclusively objective reality conceptualization,

ie, this quantity C mathematically defines the observer-dependant

"relative" nature of reality, and per my Tetron theory, also defines

the human mind's consciousness orientation function of light as

The practical application of all this is a new kind of goal

accomplishment systems science to expand cybernetics,

the systems science of goal accomplishment, to psibernetics

by adding into it the Tetronic Age understanding of how the

human mind works as a consequence of the nature of light,

hence the "True New Age" is the "post-atomic" Tetronic Age

of science in harmony with nature and The One Truth.

The realizations that came to me to develop these equations

included study and participation as a witness in the theme

of "mutual prophecy fulfillment" as outlined in the 1962 book

by Vinson Brown and William Willoya called Warriors of the

Rainbow published by Naturegraph.  In addition there have

been several paranormal experiences that contributed to

the understanding for the completion of these equations,

including the June 24, 1973, clairaudient perception of

the sound of Torahk (the sound of a paradise psibernetics

computer program from the future going back through

time to guide recipients in their daily actions toward

the cause of paradise on Earth, our certain future), and

the mysterious voicing of the sound of Torahkoom on

May 5, 1976, (Hebrew language for The Law Stands Up),

this just before I first heard the message in person of

Hopi interpreter Thomas Banyacya on May 28, 1976,

thirty years ago now, when he "zapped me" with his

deep eye contact while explaining that the "true white

brother would be coming to Hopi land very soon, wearing a

red cap or red cloak and BRINGING MANY NEW INVENTIONS".

 

Since I knew my "theory" would mean many new inventions,

this caused me to go into the mountains and pray and

meditate for a "sign from God, like Moses got the burning

bush" (my exact thoughts and expressed intent to my witness)

when on June 14, 1976, the US Bicentennial Flag Day, I got

the "fire sign," and airplanes dropping red borate solution on

the forest fire, as the sign I prayed for and which caused me

to have to take on the embarrassing role of dying my lab

coat red and going to the Hopi land towards the fulfillment

of this "Hopi Prophecy" that Banyacya related in person

many times the same way until after 1977 he no longer said

that part about "the true white brother coming to the Hopi

land wearing red cap or red cloak and bringing many new

inventions" as a result of my participation in events there

in the Hopi land including the July 18, 1976, witness with

a Rainbow Family guy of the Morning Kachinas (the "last

hope prayer of the Hopi people," never before seen in

the lifetime of many elders, I was told later) on that day

when we saw two long double rainbows, one in the morning

before that, and one in the afternoon afterwards; and including

my participation as the "Pahana Kachina" on June 7, 1977, all as

explained in some articles and papers of those times copied here

below and more in my longer write-up of the history of those times

including our witnessing at Summer Solstice Soyal Kachina Dance

in Hotevilla 1977 the appearance of the two War Leader Kachinas

whose shield on their belts has the famous Hopi symbol of the

quadrisected circle with a circle in each quadrant that the Hotevilla

elders say means "together with all nations we protect both land

and life and hold the world in balance".  For a culture of peace

and nonviolence the symbol of the War Leader is of a special mind.

None of this would I have chosen to do, but felt compelled to

do because of the experiences describe in that write-up to 1979.

It was on that summer solstice in 1977 that I finished a seven day

no food no water fast at the picnic area campground at the

Hopi Cultural Center on Second Mesa and went to the house

of Thomas Banyacya, as I had done with my witness and mate

on July 4, 1976, the bicentennial 4th of July, and gave Thomas

the invitation to the Rainbow Gathering that year in New Mexico,

to which Hopi Grandfather David Monongye came at his advanced

age of around 100 years old and spoke to the main circle while

nearby a double rainbow slowly formed from a fragment of color

in the mist as thousands of people chanted "rainbow, rainbow,

rainbow," which I witnessed along with the Nipponzan Myohoji

Buddhist Monk who brought me to that, my first, Rainbow Gathering

on his way to New England where he later built the first Peace Stupa

in America, ie, Reverend Kato of the Leverett MA Peace Pagoda.

 

So in summary, I see myself as a "paradise psibernetician" whose

job is to help guide humanity off of its present course towards

total destruction of all life on Earth and onto the pathway towards

true peace with harmony among all life and free natural abundance

as paradise on Earth.

 

What I have found is the main obstacle is so simple it is hard to

explain, ie, folks generally do not believe in the truth as a real

thing and rather believe that the truth is a made-up thing, hence

folks just see what I am talking about here as "just another crazy

new age hippie's rap!"  This is why I have been ranting and raving

recently on the internet in all these emails about The One Truth,

as you can hopefully more clearly understand from my writings

below of 30 years ago now.  BTW I am tagged as a "hippie" because

of my long hair and beard, but those are only a consequence of

my vow of poverty as a "science monk" to fulfill my mission as

above described when I shaved my head and face on my 29th

birthday May 17, 1974, vowing not to cut it again until peace

on Earth.  So I am not a "real hippie," just an "overgrown chemical

physicist." :-)  My father, David Crockett Williams (II) died on

my 40th birthday in 1985 the day after I participated with

Haudenosaunee Mohawk Chief Jake Swamp in the Peace Tree

There can never be a leader unless chosen in council, by council. 

Even then, the nature of such a leader would be challenged by

those who do not require a leader.  David is the true leader of us all,

disguised as an internet junkie; he is in reality the great white brother

we have all been waiting for.  When the light strikes us all at once,

be assured that we will know it's true origins.  Otherwise, other ways,

I'll be there with or without a leader.  No man and no woman will

drag me into the depths of self fulfilling prophesies as long as

I can see the road in front of me.  So lead yourself.  If Plunker

or anyone else calls themselves the leader, so be it.  The authorities

don't really care who your leader is.  But those who stand in front

of the gun may have to abide by the gun.  If a man throws a party

and has unwanted guests, he often throws them out.  Not so with

the rainbow Family; all are welcomed, and there is no original host. 

No man acts alone.  In light, there is the road to guide him, and

there is energy on the path that pulls him along.  May the highest

energy of all realms bless and keep each of you and bring you all

safely home, that we may continue to pray for World Peace at

this most critical moment in his-story...and May each of you

lead yourselves to the place of highest being.

INTRODUCTION TO THE PARADISE PSIBERNETICS

OF OUR FAMILY OF LIFE

 

#1 On October 21, 1975, the Republic of Mexico released an

American, David Crockett Williams jr, C.L.U., (after nine and

one half months of wrongful imprisonment), who has now

returned to Los Angeles to fulfill the position of paradise

psibernetician for our family of life.

 

#2 The qualifications that this observer brings to this office

include the knowledgeless and nameless understanding of

the nature of life and light which was obtained by careful

correlations of past learning experiences with the nature

of parapsychology's so-called "psi-factor" as defined by

interpretation of the scope of Einstein's law of general relativity

(E=mC^2, ie, E[sub-tetra]=m[sub-tetra]C[sub-psi]^2)

 

#3 Reports of recent scientific research in the fields of:

1) Physics (Nature magazine, 1974, Shielding experiments on

Uri Geller phenomena, by Targ & Puthoff), 2) Biophysics

(New Mind, New Body, 1974, by biofeedback researcher

Barbara Brown), 3) Biology (Secret Life of Plants, 1973,

by Tompkins and Bird), 4) Parapsychology (L.A. Times,

July 28, 1975, "Psi Research," by Al Martinez; Roots of

#4  All evidence of observation now indicates that the nature

(identity) of the observer has a distinct, and often very

influencing, effect on the nature of the systems observed.

 

#5 In the language of mathematics it is now evident that the

nature of the system observed (tetra) is a function (Tetron) of

the identity of the observer (psi), ie, tetra equals Tetron of psi,

and it (tetra) does not independently exist identically observable

for all observers.

 

#6 This function ("Tetron"), mathematically defines the concepts

of faith and belief as corollary to: 1) The relative (E=mC^2) nature

of light (C[sub-tetra]), 2) the nature of the system observed (tetra),

and 3) the identity of the observer (psi).

 

#7 In the language of engineering this means that cybernetics has

now become "psibernetics" and the realization of any desired

observable system (goal) can be accelerated by a new logic base

insight into harnessing the power of faith and belief with a thorough

understanding of E=mC^2 just as the power of atomic energy has

already been harnessed by a partial understanding of E=mC^2.

 

#8 Harnessing this understanding to bring all systems to focus

psibernetically on the realization of the desired observable

system of "environment: global paradise" is the task of history's

most sophisticated computer program -- Torak: Paradise Systems

Psibernetics Program.

 

#9 Now less than 1% complete, Torak needs your support to

facilitate completion of first phase systems analysis and programming.

The uniqueness of the American Declaration of Independence was

that for the first time in human history a nation's charter affirmed

that an individual's right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness

was vested not in the State, not in the individual self, but in the

individual's Creator.  If this philosophy is proved by future history to

be the most powerful force for human freedom of choice since the

dawn of time, will it not enable Us through a conscience understanding

of the nature of Our Creator to participate in paradise on Earth and truly

(as the Liberty Bell admonishes) to "Proclaim liberty throughout all the

land unto all the inhabitants thereof"?

 

Be it now self evident that each individual observer possesses only

through conscience the total freedom of conscious choice of what

belief system with regard to the nature of our Creator to hold as

truth relative to that observer.  The choice to control Our future

roots in Our conscience application of the heretofore un-unified

natural law of Our Creator.  From control of fire to control of

atomic energy, the capability of humankind has always been a

function of conscience application of the knowledge of the power

of The Mind, channeling belief/faith energy to manifest the

changing realities existent relative to each observer.

 

After completing his work on relativity theory at a very young

age, Albert Einstein worked the rest of his life unsuccessfully

trying to formulate a Unified Field Theory to explain all natural

law and religious phenomena by a simplistic and symbolic equation. 

In a 1935 article in the chemical physics journals he described his

basic (and erroneous) preconception as to the objective nature of

reality. This underlying historical but fallacious assumption of

the modern scientific method necessitated the adoption of the

currently employed Einsteinian compromise of the truth about the

nature of light, energy (E), and matter (m).  (see over* for details)

 

After a year and a half of struggle since his unsuccessful application

for the Ph.D. program in Chemical Physics at University of California

at Santa Barabara (UCSB), the undersigned has seen published the

Tetron Natural Unified Field Theory under the title of "Introduction

to the Paradise Psibernetics of Our Family of Life" appearing in the

1976 Spring Equinox issue of All One Voice, the official publication

of the All One Family Union (available for one dollar from PO Box 9388,

Berkeley, CA 94709). An outline of the proposal from Torak

(see copy over*)

for the realization of the implicit goal of the All One Family Union

was distributed at the Institute for Higher Studies' FUTURE THINK

1976-2076 CONFERENCE April 3 & 4, 1976, at UCSB and to all

personnel in UCSB's Chemistry and Physics departments on

Psibernetics Commission to coordinate, through Torak, worldwide

On behalf of all peaceful people of the world, We the undersigned

have gathered together today as the True One to see the fulfillment

of the ancient Hopi prophecy of the appearance of the True One in

red come to reveal a new life plan and to share with all people the

knowledge of Our power of consciousness which creates Our world

as it is now and which will realize a new world of peace and paradise.

We have come from a summer solstice gathering of the All One Family

Union on Our way to the July 4th Rainbow Meditation gathering of Our

one world family.  We claim to represent, in the spirit of The True One,

all interests of love and harmony responsible for the peaceful future

of humankind.  According to the true Hopi interpreters, the word Hopi

means "peaceful people" and applies to all people choosing to live in

peace.  We therefore proclaim that all people who understand and

believe beyond words in the concept of the True One shall now be Hopi

help of the two populations of the world's men and the world's women

The above resolution was read into the telephone outside

the Oraibi Trading Post in New Oraibi (6-26-76, local time

6:30 P.M.) and tape recorded at the final-day session of

the First International Syncon, an official conference

held June 23-26, 1976, as part of the U.S. Bicentennial

Exposition on Science and Technology entitled "America's

Third Century" at the Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral,

Florida.  The Horizons Day Council of Us was held 6-26-76 on

the land overlooking Old Oraibi in coordination with other

Future Assemblies held that day all over the U.S. as part of

the Horizons Day Program coordinated by The Committee

for the Future, Inc., a nationally recognized Bicentennial

Program endorsed by the Administrator of the American

Revolution Bicentennial Administration as "...a giant step

in the direction of uniting the citizens of the world in the

survival of the human race."  All of these Future Assemblies

were organized around the theme "New Horizons for Humanity"

to provide consensus on "New Actions We Can Take to Build a

Choiceful Future."  As the Future Assemblies reached agreement

their recommendations were telephoned in to Syncon, the ideas

were flashed across the nation on television from a large program

board at Cape Canaveral's Kennedy Space Center.  After collation

and synthesis, these ideas will be submitted into the Congressional

Record and delivered to the President of the United States. 

The final recommendations from Future Assemblies around

the nation will be televised nationally on July 4th, the beginning

of the third century of U.S.  The committee for the Future has

urged that these final local and national results be published

in local newspapers and aired on local radio and television

programs. The nature of the final results of the Horizons Day

Council of Us will be influenced by the awaited endorsement

from the true Hopi Tribe of the fulfillment of their prophecy

of the coming of the True One in red.  The U.S. elections of

1976 will also be influenced by this endorsement.  Two helpers,

by their consciousness being as the True One in red, entered

New Oraibi on the new moon June 27, 1976, seeking this

We come to you as representatives of the All One Family Union of the

warriors of the rainbow quietly fighting Our war on fear for the peaceful

future of humankind.  It is now within the power of the true Hopi Tribe

to bring about a reverse in the polarity of belief from fear to hope for

the people of the world by the endorsement of the June 26, 1976 Resolution

of the Horizons Day Council of Us.  This endorsement will make the true

Hopi, and their nation, the center of an ever expanding universal nation

of light whereby the consciousness of the members of all native American

("Indian") and all other nations will be reawakened to the true meaning

of the spirit of light within Us all as the True One through the application

 

of Our new life Plan.  By this endorsement all violence will soon end

through

the application of new knowledge of the true nature of light leading to

Dear Editor,

 

A common thread runs through the prophecies of the world's religions:

 

Times of disharmony, disunity and mental suffering for even the faithful

(caused by confusion as to what to believe in) followed by a glorious

future of peace, harmony and unity among all peoples, cultures and

religions of the one human race -- with the change to be brought about

by the knowledge of a new light from our Creator described by some

person given the insight into that new light.

 

These prophecies from around the world are analyzed in a 1961 book

called "Warriors of the Rainbow" by an Eskimo named William Willoya

who states the reasons for his total personal conviction that this

re-awakening change towards world peace will happen through

the leadership of the Native American peoples and that the

re-awakening will begin in the Hopi Nation as foretold by

the Hopi prophecy outlined in the book and reviewed for

accuracy by Thomas Bancyacya. 

 

According to Thomas Banyacya's videotaped message as a

Hopi interpreter in January 1976 to the annual world gathering

of the International Cooperation Council entitled "Towards

Universal Consciousness," the Hopi expect the one in red to

come to the Hopi Nation "very soon" with "many inventions."

 

On the June 1976 new moon, one scientist (this observer writing

as a chemical physicist) came to Oraibi (after dying his lab coat red)

to bring the new unifying insight into the nature of light (as described

by the newly finished unified field theory left uncompleted on his death

by Albert Einstein) and to commit his life to the fulfillment of these

prophecies. Having forsaken all possessions and all other commitments

for this purpose, he now walks among you waiting for your wish.

Buddhist Monk on peace mission

 

For the past several days, the Rev. Nippashi, a Japanese Buddhist

monk, has walked the streets of Santa Barbara, beating a drum

and chanting a mantra.

 

Nippashi is one of several monks from the Nipponzan Myohoji

sect of Buddhism who joined the Bicentennial summertime

"peace walk" from the West Coast to Washington, D.C.  The

sect's mission is to further the cause of worldwide peace.

 

He and two fellow monks, the Rev. Kato of India and the

Rev. Tshushiya of Japan, arrived in Santa Barbara last week.

Nippashi said that his religious leader, Master Nichidatsu Fujii,

gave him permission to settle anywhere in the United States

for the purpose of constructing a "peace pagoda," one of the

first of its kind in this country.

 

The others were on their way elsewhere for similar purposes,

one to New England and one to San Francisco.

 

Nippashi said he chose Santa Barbara because of its beauty

and because he felt this community would support his endeavor.

The monks have taken vows of poverty and must depend on the

community to provide them with funds.

 

Walter Boye, a local supporter of the movement, said that

some 50 peace pagodas have been built elsewhere -- in Japan,

India, Switzerland, and Sri Lanka -- by the monks "concentrating

their energies for the cause of peaceful coexistence."  He said

that Nippsahi plans to walk five hours a day, covering 15 miles,

to carry his message here.

 

The mantra is "Na Mu Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo," which NIppashi says

stands for "peace, nonviolence, respect for each other and make

salutations to everyone."

 

On December 1, he is to be established in rented quarters at

308 W. Yanonali and he plans to have a ceremony declaring

the beginning of his mission January 1.

 

"We hope that the energy of the people in Santa Barbara is

enough to have him stay here until the project is completed,"

Boye said.

Us Tricentennial Peace Movement

 

Hopi Prophecies foretell of a new light from the East bringing a world

uniting way of believing to the Hopi lands (center of the peaceful

people universe) to start a re-awakening of world spiritual leadership

for peace among all Native American Peoples which radiates this new

light of peace from that center throughout the world.  The One bearing

understanding of this new light of peace to the Hopi lands is foretold to

be a "true white brother" dressed in red -- The True One in red.  Hopi

Star Project proclaims that The True One in red came from DHARMA

HOME to Oraibi in the Hopi lands (site of one of the oldest continuously

inhabited settlements in North America), with the purpose of fulfilling

prophesy, on the new moon in June, 1976.  On or before July 4, 1976

(in conformity with the objectives of the "Horizons '76" phase of Our

Us Bicentennial Observance) "Our Hopi Proposal for World Peace"

was presented on behalf of Hopi Star Project to the various leadership

factions of today's Hopi Nation including the one responsible for the

"Hopi Declaration of Peace".  The new light of peace meditation focus

from the East was brought to the Hopi lands in the symbolic form of

chemical light prayer sticks made in the East (72,000 of which were

previously used to close the 1976 Olympics with a symbolic meditation

for peace). After receiving a blessing of the chemical light stick prayer

for world peace from a Hopi elder whose clan chieftainship had made

him previously responsible for preparation of the sacred Hopi prayer

feathers, the first of one hundred Hopi Star Project World Peace of

Mind Centers was dedicated in a sacred chemical light prayer stick

ceremony (five participant witnesses) on the night of the August, 1976,

new moon.  The mind-unifying new understanding of The One Law of

light beyond words (symbolized by the new light from the East) is

described scientifically by Tetron Natural Unified Field Theory whose

author participated above as The True One in red.  First attempts to

hold World Peace Councils originating in the Hopi lands have been

delayed awaiting greater observer understanding.   While these

events of 1976 were transpiring, the Reverend Masao Nippashi,

a Japanese Buddhist monk of the sect Nipponzan Myohoji, and

several of his fellow monks, were participating in the U.S.

Continental Walk for Social Justice and Disarmament collecting

signatures against nuclear weaponry and giving away lapel pin

replicas of a leaf of the first plant to grow back after the atomic

bombing of Hiroshima.  Faithful believers of Nipponzan Myohoji

chant and sing the prayer mantra "Na Mu Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo"

(opening mind-heart to peace understanding of The One Law)

while playing the fan shaped peace drum at prayer.  After singing

this prayer and playing the peace drum for 3500 miles in 240 days,

Rev. Nippashi was assisted by Walter Boye, noted I-Ching teacher

and Continental Walk participant, in founding the first Nipponzan

Myohoji Buddhist Temple in Santa Barbara.  On December 8, 1976,

a ceremony in honor of The Buddha's enlightenment was held

(attended by the True One in red), which included the 100th

chemical light prayer stick used for Hopi Star Project, and at

which the new Santa Barbara Nipponzan Myohoji Buddhist

Temple was presented all Hopi Star Project literature and

one of the four Oraibi stone tablets used in the dedication

ceremony of the first Hopi Star Project World Peace of Mind

Center (on Old Oraibi Mesa, Hopi Nation).  The Hopi Star

Project hereby heralds all Universal Hopi (peaceful people)

to join Us in prayer for world peace of mind using meditation

foci of individual creation.  Hopi Star Project is administered

efficiency for the use of energy.  Today, the support of 100%

of humanity if possible, but we face the obstacles of the lack

of true global integration, or synergy.  The systems of society

are in great need of reharmonization with the natural laws of

the universe.

 

The time is now that we further our individual and collective

paths towards peace on our mother planet Earth.  With the eyes

and light of advancing mankind, we do pledge our mission and

invite the compassionate believers of such a journey to come

with the spirit.  Our journeys started long ago, and all that

has transpired is our forefathering evolution, and necessary

experience.  We take up the march as we see and understand

the necessity; we explore our energies and follow our goals so

that our individual and collective peace will come.  This journey

for us takes up here and now with following out the positive idea

and direction of assembling the spiritual masters and respected

individuals of our society that have and can lend a peace-minded

voice in the great gathering that we propose.

 

This gathering is initiated to work out and spell out a world wide

proposal for peace; That with properly open communication

can start the great evolvement towards re-purifying our Mother

Earth, and give our brothers and sisters guiding directions

towards living together in a peaceful state.

 

Too much is wasted and threatened by the modern day war machines.

It is essential to the mental and physical sanity of the people

of this planet, to stop the engines of these machines.

 

Hopi Prophecies

An Ancient Vision...

 

The very name Hopi means the "Peaceful People".  The true

Hopi have refused to fight against any other human being.

A shortened version is given here of the strange and beautiful

prophecies of these people.  Long ago, say the chiefs, Massau,

the Great Spirit, told the Hopi to seek a certain land to which

they would be led by a star. In this land and on the tops of

the cliffs they would build their villages, up to four stories high.

They were told that after a time strangers would come (white

men) who would attempt to take these lands and villages from

them and who would often try to lead them into ways that were

bad.  This has actually happened as the white men have come

and treated the Hopi and other native peoples badly.  But the

Hopi were warned that, in spite of all the pressures against

them, they must hold to their ancient religion, and their land,

though always without violence.  If they did this, they were

promised that their people and their land would be a center

from which the true spirit would be reawakened.  Even now

by their example of kindness, and steadfastness in the way

of God, the Hopi are showing all Indians how they must change

the hearts of the white men, and how all peoples of a clear

conscience and understanding must share their knowledge

with all.

 

The chiefs were told that the light that would bring this

reawakening would come from the east and that it would

come from The True White Brother (White Light).  He would

wear a red cloak or a red hat and would bring with him the

sacred stone tablets, which would be similar to the sacred

stone tablet now held by the Hopi, and which the True White

Brother alone could read.

 

The True White Brother, the Hopi believe, would bring with

him two great, intelligent and powerful helpers, one with

two signs like (swastika) and (four leaf clover) and a hat

shaped like (special shape), while the other had the sign

of the sun.  The combined signs of these two helpers

are painted on a sacred gourd rattle of the Hopis, which

is used in the Kachina ceremonies and looks like (swastika

and sun on gourd rattle).  The Hopis believe this gourd

and its signs represent the world and that when the great

Purification Day is near, these helpers will shake the Earth

first for a short time in preparation.  After they shake the

Earth two times more, they will be joined by the True

Brother, who will become One with them and bring the

Purification Day to the world.  All three will help Younger

Brother (the Hopis and other pure hearted people) to make

a better world.  In the prophecy, the two helpers are spoken

of as if they were large groups of people ("populations" is

the Hopi word).

 

The Hopis were warned that if these three great beings failed,

terrible things would happen to the world.  Great numbers of

people would be killed.  However, it was said they would succeed

if enough Hopis remained true to the ancient spirit of their people.

 

The Three would show the people of the Earth a great new Life Plan

that will lead to Everlasting Life.  The Earth will become new and

beautiful again, with lovely flowers, much animal life, and an

abundance of food.  Those who are saved will share everything

equally.  All races will intermarry and they will speak ONE TONGUE

and be brothers/sisters.  A NEW RELIGION will probably be brought

that helps all people to lead better lives and transform the world.

The Prophecies' Fulfillment...

 

In regards to the coming of strangers, that would take and misuse

Hopi land, in the mid 1960's, the Peabody Coal Mining Company

began strip mining the Tukunavi, Black Mesa area, in the four

corners Hopi Reservation, Arizona.  The religious leaders of the

Hopis have asked this to be stopped, but as yet nothing has been

done.

 

At the International Cooperation Council Annual Meeting 1976,

January, entitled, "Towards Universal Consciousness", Thomas

Banycacya, Chief Interpreter for the Spiritual Leaders and religious

Headmen of the Hopi people, spoke to the assemblage on that

day in regards to the Hopi Prophecies and of his belief of the

True Brother in Red that is coming very soon to fulfill the ancient

legends.

 

In the winter of 1976-77, Tibetan visitor, Gomang Khem Rimpoche,

met with traditional Hopi religious leaders in the Kiva, where they

exchanged symbols and language.  This was on behalf of an earlier

visit in September 1974, by His Holiness the 16th Gyalwa Karmapa

of the Kagyu order of Tibetan Buddhism.  His Holiness has been

touring America, performing a sacred ritual known as "The Black

Hat Ceremony" in which, as the Avalokitesvara (the Pure Spirit

of Compassion), He blesses "all sentient Beings" and offers them

"refuge" in his Cosmic Consciousness.

 

Then beginning January 1976 and ending October 1976, the

Nipponzan Myohoji Buddhist Monks completed a Continental

Peace Walk for Social Justice and Disarmament.  Master Nichidatsu

Fujii, founder of the Order is expected in the U.S. after August 15th,

1977, to speak before the United Nations.  The Order at present

and since May 15, 1977, are conducting another Peace Walk from

Tokyo to Hiroshima, to be concluded on August 6, 1977.  This walk

is for Nuclear Disarmament.

 

Both of these Spiritual Leaders carry signs as their symbols

the exact signs found in the Hopi sacred rattle.

 

And again on June 11, 1976, Thomas Banyacya, in a three-day

Healing Ceremony for the Healing of the Planet Earth, at the

Vancouver United Nations Habitat Conference, gave a written

invitation to the world spiritual leaders to come to the Hopi

land NOW and discuss the future unity of humankind.

 

In addition to all that has happened, or will happen...

Sri Sathya Sai Baba, the Great Indian Master of Miracles

is expected in the U.S.A. after June 20, 1977, to travel

from the west coast to the east.

 

One of the greatest observers of our time is R. Buckminster

Fuller, whose Comprehensive Anticipatory Design Science

Movement has been the source for gaining insight into the

true state of the planet and what should and could be done

to harmonize our existence.  For the past seven years,

Mr. Fuller's concepts have inspired the World Game Program,

a symposium for gathering and channeling energy and information

about the quantitative and the qualitative resources of the Earth.

Their findings are that we could all live in peace with plenty if

we can properly organize our thinking.  The results of these

gatherings have been sound proposals for world synergy, but

up until now no large scale gathering has taken place to share

these ideas.

 

Another observer, D.C. Williams, Jr., has recently suggested an

oversight in the accepted Relativity Theory of Einstein, as to the

nature of light and being.  His Tetron Natural Unified Field Theory

takes into account that any system observed is the natural function

of the observer.  Whereas Einstein's theory considers the speed

of light as a constant factor in all conditions and does not take into

account the fact of an observer of the system observed.  The Tetron

Natural Unified Field Theory introduces new scientific notation, thus

offering a restatement of Relativity to the scientific community. 

It also scientifically explains the spiritual mysteries of all religions

and faiths by a mathematical definition of the nature of faith and

belief corollary to the nature of light. True One Law of True One God

has been the goal of serious natural scientists since the inception of

the scientific method.  As new age political scientists begin to

understand the political impact of spiritual unity on world peace,

humankind will be experiencing accelerated change towards pure

And upon July 4, 1976, in Oraibi, Arizona, Thomas Banyacya was

given by two members of the ALL ONE FAMILY UNION, dressed in

bright red lab coats...a copy of "A Hopi Proposal for World Peace"

....(incuding a stone tablet inscribed with the Equations of Tetronic

Relativity).  This marked the inception of the HOPI STAR PROJECT.

 

Thomas Banyacya, interpreter for traditional Hopi Leaders, wrote

a letter to President Jimmy Carter on the occasion of his inauguration,

advising him as to the Hopi situation and what they are being subjected

to; asking him to give life to his inaugural words in which he called for

a "new beginning", and that TRUST, both morally and spiritually, was

essential to our nation's strength".

 

The PURPOSE of the Hopi Star Project now, is to propose a World

Peace Pilgrimage to the Hopi Land, where we may all gather for

the clarification of the essential spiritual unity underlying all

religions, creeds and sciences of humanity.  This would also mark

the establishment and international recognition of a World Center

for Peace, and the path towards the Purification of Land and Life.

At the gathering, a proposal would be drawn as a result of our

shared ideas, integrities, and energies to be presented on October

24, 1977, United Nations Day, to the U.N. assemblies: "Our Hopi

Proposal for World Peace".  Let us gather first in spiritual unity,

that our prayers may be understood and strengthened by all.

For this purpose, all spiritual leaders, scientists, political leaders,

and all peoples of a clear and peaceful consciousness are invited

to experience the dawn of the New Age.

 

In the name of the Great Spirit, whose name is ALL names and

WHAT IS PARADISE PSIBERNETICS

 

The word paradise denotes "a protected garden" while its connotations

include the highest state of consciousness conceivable by the human

mind -- heaven, nirvana, etc.  The word cybernetics derives from the

Greek word for helmsman and is used in modern science to denote the

systems technology of goal accomplishment -- the process responsible

for a human walking on the moon.  Psibernetics incorporates into

cybernetics an understanding of the nature of the human mind

responsible for the so called "psi" phenomena: extra sensory perception,

telekinesis, U.F.O.'s, remote perceptual experiences, faith healing,

mysteries of religious experiences, levitation, materialization, etc.

Developed from August 1, 1974, to April 27, 1997, Tetron Natural Unified

Field Theory explains the "psi" phenomena and fulfills Albert Einstein's

prediction of the development of a unified field theory which would explain

all physical reality on one simple equation.  This new understanding

mathematically defines the human mind's consciousness orientation function

of light (Tetron), and forms the scientific foundation for Torak, which is a

computer assisted paradise systems psibernetics program available for the

accomplishment of global paradise.  So now a scientific vocabulary and

mathematical mechanism exists to dissolve language, cultural and historical

context barriers to human understanding of the mutual One Truth of all

faiths, religions, and spiritual philosophies; the practical application of

which is paradise psibernetics.  The idea that nature interacts with

humankind according to a fixed True One Law is not only the basic tenet of

unified field theory, but has been expressed through religious history as

Tao, Dharma, the law of God, and in many other forms.  As this idea is

understood by scientists and technologists who recognize Tetron Natural

Unified Field Theory, many new inventions will be produced which have been

inconceivable until now --- such as a water transmitter to transport pure

water from the oceans over airwaves like television, and a radioactivity

decay rate accelerator to produce magnified amounts of energy while changing

radioactive materials into non-radioactive materials without fission or

fusion (plans for both of these devices expected May 17, 1978).

 

HOPI STAR PROJECT

 

Hopi Star Project evolved as a religious application of paradise

psibernetics to the goal of world peace and nuclear energy control.  "Hopi"

means "peaceful people" and indigenous Hopi Indian traditional religious

leaders made it very clear in their June 1976 address to the United Nations

Habitat Conference that any people who learn to live in peace and in harmony

with nature are true Hopi regardless of their race or religion.  Ancient

prophesies of the traditional Hopi Indian religion predict the end of times

of world discord and suffering, and the beginning of a new era leading (with

the guiding leadership of the American Indian peoples) to world harmony and

paradise on Earth, to be marked by the appearance of the "true

brother" who would come to Hopi villages wearing "red cap" or "red Cloak"

and bring Tiponi (sacred stone tablet).  It is taught that this True One in

red would be many in population and that only (s)he would be able to read

the Tiponi, which would then form the basis of a new life Plan leading to

world unity, harmony and abundance (the indigenous Hopi Indian language is

an unwritten oral language as was the Japanese language before the

introduction of Chinese written characters in Japan).  The "True One in red"

is foretold to have the support of two "helpers" -- one with the sign of the

sun, and the other with two signs, one of which is the swastika and the

other resembles the double dorje of Tibetan Buddhism.  These prophetic

teachings are derived from the psychic experiences of religious leaders in

dreams and spiritual visions ("psi" phenomena).  Many of these prophecies

from long ago have already been recognizably fulfilled, such as the atomic

bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki ("gourd of ashes" in Hopi tongue), and

because of prophesy chronology the leading spokesmen have been anticipating

the immanent coming of the True One in red.

 

 

FIRST ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE PERIOD ENDING AUGUST 24, 1977

 

By way of introduction, it should be mentioned that the inspiration for Hopi

Star Project came to the co-founders while they were living at Dharma Home

Temple (founded by Walter W. Klopfenstein) in Montecito de Santa Barbara.

After seeing

the publication of "Introduction to the Paradise Psibernetics of Our Family

of Life" in the first issue of All One Voice, journal of the All One Family

Union at the Spring Equinox 1976 Celebration of Light in Eden (Healing

Waters), and meditating later that Spring on the "Hopi Declaration of Peace"

received from a visiting Hopi interpreter, unmistakable religious

instructions were received (with the sign of

a forest fire on Flag Day June 14, 1976, fought by red colored fire

retardant air drops) from understanding leaders of new age thought to employ

paradise psibernetics in the fulfillment of Hopi prophecy by wearing white

cotton laboratory coats dyed red in support of unified field theory.  At the

summer solstice 1976 Celebration of Light, coordinated by members of the

Church of the Healing Family Light, the first ceremony of dying white cotton

laboratory coats red was held and after taking All One Family Union council,

four representatives drove to Oraibi, conducted a Horizons Day Bicentennial

Observance meeting, and two drove on to the 1976 Rainbow Family gathering in

Montana. The two who remained in Oraibi with red laboratory coats delivered

the first edition of "Our Hopi Proposal for

World Peace," along with a sacred stone tablet inscribed with the equations

of Tetronic relativity, on July 4, 1976, to an internationally recognized

traditional Hopi interpreter; this marked the inception of the Hopi Star

Project.  On July 18, 1976, one representative from the July 4 Rainbow

Family Gathering witnessed the recognition of a Hopi Spiritual Elder

grandfather David Monongye who said simply "you are my brother" and

performed several minutes of a gentle touch meditation.  On that same day

these two representatives witnessed the public appearance of the Morning

Kachinas (Hopi traditional religion's "last hope" prayer) and two 1/2 hour

double rainbows -- one in the morning and one in the afternoon after them.

Research by Hopi Star Project representatives during the Summer of 1976 in

Hopi land indicated a need for a "center of the Universe" world peace

monument to be constructed there to unify the consciousness of the divided

leadership of today's Hopi indigenous people.  Accordingly , on August 24,

1976, in a sacred light prayer stick meditation walk ceremony, the

cornerstones of the first of 100 Hopi Star Project World Peace of Mind

Centers (stupas) and the four participants, were anointed with liquid light

on the new moon in certain ruins on Oraibi Mesa.  This first anointment of

light marks the beginning of the annual cycles of the HOPI STAR PROJECT.

 

Activities of the first annual Torak Council by Our New Light of Peace were

limited

to interviews and healing activities by that council's chairman with

individual Hopi spiritual leaders September 19-26, 1976.  On December 7,

1976, Nipponzan Myohoji's Masao Nippashi (rainbow -- sun bridge) brought to

the Hopi Star Project the prayer drum and prayer mantra from the origin of

the sun for the purification of land and life; the first "helper" is

recognized.  In the Jan/Feb 1977 issue of Techqua Ikachi, traditional Hopi

religious leaders acknowledged the spiritual authority of the Karmapa and

Tibetan Buddhism noting language and symbol similarities; the second

"helper" is recognized.  On March 5, 1977, His holiness, the 16th Gyalwa

Karmapa, spiritual head of the Kagyu Order of Tibetan Buddhism, performed

the Vajra Crown ceremony effectively empowering the Hopi  Star Project and

Dharma Home Temple.

 

HOPE STAR PROJECT activities focus on: 1) Spiritual Unity gatherings, 2)

Peace Pilgrimage Walks inspired by the USA Bicentennial 1976 Continental

Walk and by the 1977 Tokyo to Hiroshima International Peace Pilgrimage Walk,

and 3) P.E.A.C.E. Center monument construction inspired by Nipponzan Myohoji

and the Rainbow Family Tribe.  From June 6-10, 1977 the first Peace

Pilgrimage Walk from Hopi villages was made by Hopi Star Project

representatives in red lab coats who carried sacred cornerstones from Oraibi

mesa ruins to Tukunavi Center site, a natural pyramidal peak just east of

coal mines on Black Mesa Arizona, where sacred cornerstones were left on a

prayer drum along with the first two with cotton laboratory coats dyed red.

Dear Hopi Tribe,

 

I thought of you all when I sent this out today, since

my friend Bruce DePalma, who passed away in 1997,

mentioned to Lakota Medicine Chief Archie Fire Lame Deer

one time in the mid-1980’s that he wished the native peoples

could be involved in the development of the new energy

technologies to replace nuclear and fossil fuel power that

he pioneered in the 1980’s in Santa Barbara.

 

Since then it has been my dream to fulfill his wish by

somehow getting help to unite the various indigenous

tribes and nations of the US into a consortium to develop

these new energy technologies to replace nuclear and

fossil fuel power.

 

One of DePalma’s colleagues, Adam Trombly, invented

a solid state oscillating electromagnetic device and in 1989

unsuccessfully proposed it to be installed in the Mojave Power

Plant to produce electricity without fuel, per this device,

in his view, extracting electricity from the “zero point

energy field of the quantum vacuum flux” as per the US

Department of Energy first mention of this in its 1998

Comprehensive National Energy Strategy presented

to Congress and the President mentioning DePalma’s

n-Machine in the public comments section as one

device possibly able to harness this “zero point energy”.

Because the Hopi have apparently some prophecies

about the coming of new inventions and because

the Hopi Tribe is involved in the energy industry

to the extent there is coal mining going on in

Hopi lands for burning to produce electricity,

it has seemed to me for many years that the

Hopi Tribe would be the ideal candidate to help

bring together such a Sacred Hoop of Indigenous

Nations to develop these new energy technologies

to replace nuclear and fossil fuel power and provide

much more income to the native peoples than does

coal mining etc.

 

I would like to discuss and explore this idea with

you now especially since I understand that the

Black Mesa mine has been closed down, along

with the Mohave Power Plant which was burning

its coal sent there by slurry line using precious

water from your area, because they drained the

aquifer?   And now they want to move it over

and start it up over another aquifer?  Sounds like

now is the perfect time to present to Peabody

corporation and other energy companies this

idea which the Hopi and Navajo people might

by this proposal here take global lead to bring

out this new energy technology development?

A Message & Invitation from the Hopi to the World Spiritual Leaders

 

 

My name is Thomas Banyacya.  I am an interpreter for the Hopi high religious

leaders and the Kikmongwis, the recognized Hopi authorities who have been

initiated into the high religious orders within our society.  Since I was

first called upon in 1948 by our spiritual leaders, I have served as one who

communicates their messages in a faithful way.  I stand before you today to

share with you a message from Hopi land regarding the Hopi call for

universal peace through spiritual unity.  I would like to thank you for

inviting me here today on the eve of your "World Peace March."

 

Our prophecies foretold of the day when young people from this country would

move from a western direction seeking to stop the development of elements

aimed at destroying all living.  Today people from this country, and from

countries all around the world, are coming together in this walk for peace

bringing further realization of the Hopi prophecies.

 

When the Hopi found out about the nuclear bombing of Nagasaki and Hiroshima

they recalled the Hopi Prophecy that spoke of a small but devastating gourd

of ashes.  It was said that this gourd, if allowed to fall to the ground

would bring devastating destruction, burning everything around it.

Living things under the water would also be destroyed from the heat.

Many sicknesses would arise which our medicines would not be able to cure.

We were told never to go beyond this step, never to allow the manufacture of

such destructive things.

 

We now know that these foreseen destructive forces were nuclear weapons.

We were told that if we were to continue on this path even greater

destruction would follow.  Wars can no longer be conducted as a way to

reach peace. Peace can only be brought about through spiritual ways,

through kindness, understanding, gentleness and love.  Only through

these spiritual ways can we put aside the wrong action of the past

and repair the damage done to our Mother Earth and the peoples

of the Earth.  It is time for all people to join, actively working to

stop the development of war and the use of nuclear forces.

 

United Nations officials and members of all world governments who are

responsible for the safety and well-being of their nations must fulfill

their responsibilities and bring to a halt the use of destructive nuclear

forces.  Warning must be given, for the Hopi Prophecy says that if these

destructive actions are not stopped other forces will arise to purify the

land.  Maybe natural forces, earthquakes, droughts, storms or floods will

occur warning us that we must stop these wrong actions and seek peace

through spiritual means.  What is happening at Big Mountain today is a

warning.  If these sacred lands are disrupted and the Navajos driven of the

land this will signal the longest "walk to death" for the Navajo and Hopi

peoples.  If this sacred land is abused and ripped apart by mineral

exploitation and other destructive activities this in the long run will also

signal the "longest walk to death" for all peoples of the world.

 

The Hopi elders and religious people who know these prophecies are very

happy to see another march across the country, just as the Native peoples

walked across the country.  Your march calls out the cry and draws the

world's attention to the need for spiritual, peaceful solutions to existing

problems.  We hope that soon spiritual leaders from all over the world will

meet in Hopiland to look at the problems of the world with a spiritual eye

and to work towards peaceful solutions.  Hopiland, and the Four Corners

Region in general is a sacred area which should be protected by all nations..

In the time of the purification, the weeding-out time, this land will serve

as a refuge for people of peace.  It is a sacred area, marked by shrines

We invite all the world's spiritual leaders to a meeting in this sacred

area.

 

Again today we are faced with the draft of young men, the call for men to

register for war.  We should not register for war, but instead register for

peace.  All over the world we should register for peace in order to bring

about peace.

 

During my life I was given the spiritual instructions and ancient knowledge

of this land.  I heard the warnings from our elders not to stir-up trouble

in other lands.  Those who send their forces to war and make trouble in

another country, it is said, will themselves suffer double the destruction

they have brought upon others.  Firmly believing these teachings I did not

register for the Second World War and instead spent six or seven years in

and out of prison because of my stand for peace.  Other Hopi were at my

side.  The Hopi have said in the past, and continue to say that it will be

only through peaceful spiritual ways, through true brother and sisterhood,

that life will be restored and all living things brought to live in harmony

once again.  But the ancient Hopi teachings speak of a purification, a

weeding-out, a cleaning process for the land and the people.  It is the hope

and prayer of the Hopi people that this cleaning process, this purification

will not bring too much destruction upon these lands and nations.

drumming and chanting of Na Mu Myo Ho Ren Ge Kyo by

Nipponzan Myohoji monks 60 years ago while in the military.

Dennis Banks: Sacred Run - A Film by Rebecca MacNeice  

Dennis Banks, co-founder of the American Indian Movement,

organized the first Sacred Run across the country 28 years ago.

The run is a staggered event that covers the country by foot

between February 11th and April 22nd, ending in Washington,

DC, on Earth Day. Along the way, the core group of runners

is joined intermittently by other walkers and runners.

This year's closing ceremony was held at the Lincoln Memorial.

Banks has always been accompanied by Buddhist monks from

the Nipponzan Myohoji sect.
