Guest guest Posted May 21, 2006 Report Share Posted May 21, 2006 I wanted to know if learned vaidyas can guide me. Age: 39, Weight: 62 Kg ( that is stable for last 10 years), average built. Height: 5.4 ft. Born in December, 66. Married. Lifestyle: Work from home and is a software consultant. Work involves long hours on the comp. Day breaks at 0730/0800 AM. Is not regular about breakfast. Lunch at 0200/0300. Drinks 3 cups of tea in the meantime. Doesnt sleep in the noon. Works thru the day till 0700 PM. Drinks one shot of whiskey or one beer. Dinner at 1100 or after that. Sleeps at around 0200 AM or therabout. Family was vegetarien. So is generally vegetarien. But sometimes is on non-veg spree and eats red meat/chicken for days in row. Preferes hot food. Espeacially raw green chillies. That was past. I mean till about 4 months back. Last one year many occurances of herpes simplex. Stomatitis, itching at the hair roots. ( is very much bald). There was incidence of Herepes Genital twice during last 10 years. Once had unsafe sex ( could be 14 years back. Five years back incidence of Herpes Zostar. Did not take any medication and the desease completed its cycle. Herpese zostar reappered 4 months back. Treated with Aciclovyr. Is cured now. Went for a complete profle test. Reports are normal. Has changed the life style. Stomatitis is not present now. Happens only if raw green chilly is consumed which I have discontinued. History of blisters and soars since childhood. From whatever little I have read from the messages here and about Ayurveda, mine is Pitta constitution. If anyone could guide me about right kind of food, exercises, medication I will be very greatful. both occassions of Herpese Zostar, had eaten red meat for at least 4/5 preceding days.
