automatic seminal discharge during sleep

Dear Doctors ,

Iam a male of 27 years old .

When I do more physical work like walking for an hour ,in the nighttime there seems to be an automatc discharge of seminal fluid during deep sleep.Iam pitta ,vata body type with gastritis problem . I once used to do Hatha yoga after reading books . I have increased pitta and normally take very little spice .

Iam a vegetarian and physically not strong .The discharges leave me more weak .

I don't have any bad habits .
