Sai Ram, I am Placing an article rgarding my view of Moksha. Many of sia brothers and sisters may notagree with me but this is my personal view.

Dr.Patel

Moksha:

The other day, you told me you don’t want to born again, you want Moksha. I asked you what do u mean by Moksha to you? You asked me to guide you.

Divine has given us intelligence. But unfortunately we are using this intelligence for our own selfish needs.

Do you believe that Buddha, lord Krishna, lord Rama, and all divine had their own enlightenments with the divine and they are divine themselves? Do you believe according to our Hinduism, this divine have born again and again on this earth to help, to guide this mankind? They all had their mokhsa, didn’t they? Why did they born again and again?

In our Hindu scriptures Vedas and Upanishad have written, four ways to know the divine. Bhaktimarga, gnana marga . Raj yoga and karma yoga. Most of the people prefer bhakti marga, by going temples, praying God and doing different rituals thinking that by all these rituals and offering ( conditional!) some thing to God, they expect to be get enlightenment...

What is divine, what is God, what is love, what is the relation between God and love? When, you know your own soul, you know God. When you know how to love, you love God. Because love is the name of God.

when you know how to love your enemy without expectation including that he or she would think good about you or love you cause you love them, you get moksha.

When you show compassion to the person to help who is hating your guts, don’t want your help, and yet you help, with out any expectation, you get moksha.

When you spend on your last dollar buying bread for you and your family, but on the way u see some being starving to death , your heart bleeds and with out a single thought for your appetite or your family, you give your bread to that starving, you get mokhsa.

You said that you don’t want to born again… why? Why all this divine born again and again? Why sri Satya sai baba is living and would born again. Can’t he get Moksha? As he is already divine. Why our Rhishi- munis, after doing years of meditation came back to students? Couldn’t they have Moksa?

Why should we expectation even the feeling of gratitude?

I wrote about knowing your soul, means know divine .know God. How do u know your own soul? When you remove EGO which we all have, you know your soul. When we expect even little bit, no matter how small, ordinary desire, expectation is there, the Ego is still there as long as we have that ego we do not know our soul. Ego is the root cause of our unhappiness Ego is our obstacle to get moksa. Let me tell you how I have learn this lesson from an ordinary uneducated (academically) I am still practicing to remove ego in totality. Many years ago, I had cervical spondlites. I tried different doctors with no help. One of the medicines gave me reaction and I lost appetite and sleep. I was feeling hallucinations. I almost became skeleton. One of my relative had big religious function and he insists that even though I am not well, I should attend last couple of days. When I went to his place, cause of my weight loss, he could not recognize me immediately.

There were many people in his function. I was wearing collar band. One gentle man at the evening came to me and asked me am I so and so and from Bangalore. I confirm my identity to him. He invited me to his house next day 7.00 AM morning for breakfast. I was surprised but I agreed. Next day I went to his flat. He had nice furniture but he asked me to sit on carpet. . I was surprised but I sat on the carpet. He set in front of me and took my feet and gave me reflexology massage for 30 minutes. My cervical pain was less. When I thanked him, he dropped my feet immediately and became sad. I ask the reason. He said that he doesn’t accept any gratitude, if he accept gratitude, his service is not selfless. I understood, he is already enlighten man. He had moksa.

Reading the books, we learn many things and very valuables. But what is the use if we don’t implement in our life? If we can keep our heart open, eyes , ears open and willing to learn from a smallest creature, we would learn many things.

Make resolution that we would help at least one being a day with out any self-interest and without any kind of expectation. More you do, more you would know yr soul, know your divine. And when time comes to make choice to born again or not, tell divine that I would like to born again only to help others with no condition and expectation. This is real moksa.
