I have observed in most cases, lagna lord (though in 12th house) - give uninterrupted wealth in its dasa / bhukti (modify it with aspects, constellations, D charts and associations etc for means of earnings). 12th house and 2nd house are "bandhan / bondage" for a native. and lagna lord / 2nd lord - being in 2nd house from AL - it may make native highly materialistic (even if it is in 12th) even at subconscious level. Yes, on physical level, it may be weak for health issues. In a astrological magazine - sometime back, I read (did not note the birth chart details) the chart of Dawood Ibrahim - (leo lagna - sun, mercury, mars, jupiter in 12th house). All the four key planets for leo lagna natives in 12th house - but giving excellent dhana yoga. Typically (not for this chart), 12th lord in 2nd house will also make a native successful for materialistic pursuits (even if it is debilitated e.g. for kanya lagna - 12th lord sun in 2nd house - tula rashi), along with making native spendthrift. There is no end to it. If I am not wrong it is the chart you have discussed.Venus dasha has stared. Venus is debilitated in rashi chart and exalted in D/9, posited in 7th with Ketu in D/9 and venus is GK and posited in Sun's nakshatra.In D/10 Venus is posited in Moon's sign in 6th house.So pl be careful in Venus/Sun.
