Guest guest
Dear I believe you'll like acharya's technique. Personal experience: I am having back ache (reason: slip disc & bad sitting posture) problem for more than an year and after reading on this group I thought of giving it a try last week & found it very relaxing for my back. It helps in easing out stress from different pressure points. Overall one feels refreshed like when we do savaasana (yoga - relax posture). I am a layman & I don't have authority to endorse anything but I am enjoying doing this simple technique. ayurveda, Todd Caldecott <todd wrote: > > dear mr acharya > > i looked over your technique and it looks interesting > however, the technique is not entirely clear to me from your > description, but i'll give it a try tomorrow > [Moderators comments: This is the first response to this technique, reported independently by a beneficiary, on a mail list. We expect many more respnses in future; despite this, bringing more clarity in the technique as per suggestions made by Todd would go a long way in spreading indian good will all over world] ------------------------ Sponsor --------------------~--> Get to your groups with one click.
