I would like to find out how they process the human effluent in Italy. In

Delhi, Sulabh international have a public toilet which produces methane

which they use to run a gernerator and to fire gas lights and cook. But it

is a bit of a scam because they only fire the generator to impress visitors,

same with the gas lights. When we went there they told us that they use the

gas to cook for all their staff, then we mentioned that we saw most eating

with tiffins, and they said 'well not full meals' when questioned more it

turned out they make tea for them once a day.

In such systems you can only use 1 litre of water to flush and clean. In the

sulabh facility they give you a litre can of water so it is controlled. But

unless you have fully manned facilities it wont work.

Can you find out what the Italian system is?
