Putin: Love, Family most Important Matter for Russia

According to some conspiracy theories, in the 1970s, the Elite Club

of Rome and Bilderbergers updated their plan to lower the Population

level on Planet Earth. In the original 1950s plan, the impetus was

on lowering the Birth rate in order to achieve lower population

levels. By the 1970s, it was obvious that the plan was a failure

because the plans success depended on battling the human primal urge

to procreate. So the plan was updated. The new plan allegedlly

called for acheiveing the goal of de-population by increasing the

death rate thru war, famine and disease.If this theory is true, it

appears Putin has declared war against the originators of the 

de-population scheme.
