This has been precisely my point since the beginning of this discussion.

But let's take it back to the instigating cause and not stop the frame at some

intermediate episode in the middle. It was specific GBC policies that set the

improprieties in motion. If anybody's guru maharaja played a part in that,

then those devotees (gurus) are also responsible. I am not faulting anyone's

guru, but we need to speak the honest truth amongst ourselves. We can deal

with it as we may, but we must stop trying to deny it.

not to put us in this kind of situation, but he continued to cut with his

sadhus-knife and I think that he could also take a part of responsibility that

discussion has ended up in this way.

Remember, "It takes to tango." [dance] Anyone of you could have bowed out at

any time. (BTW, I still see your postings here.) One protest leads to another,

I guess. But where did the *problem* start? This is the crux of the matter.

And this was my point from the very beginning.

When we try to get to the botttom of the issue, we will see that it actually

starts at the "top."

Did you try to aproach the GBC directly with this complaint? None of us

here is a GBC, so we can't really help you very much.

I checked the status of this conference and found that H.H. Jayapataka Swami

is a

member of it.

He is, but he has suspended it, meaning that he currently doesn't get any

of the texts. Your best bet for addressing the GBC with any suggestions is

either to write them personally or to write to one of the GBC conferences .

They are all moderated, but if your letter is judged to be compelling, it

will be posted.

I feel inspired to learn that you do not wish to blame any specific devotee,

rather prefering to blame the entire GBC and all those who offer them some

sympathy and support. Very enlightened!

As they say, it takes two to tango, and that only a fool get's in an argument

with another fool. So, it is a good thing some consider the GBC to be devotees

of substance, or Srila's argument with them would force us to think of him in

an offensive manner. Krsna save us!
