Every Astrologer predicts something or the other to a private individual on

their application ;some time to the world in general on gereral matters of

public-interest, the public also have a right to take it or leave it.

Predictions all made on the strength of ones' accquired knowledge,some explains

the logic behind and some not , it is their prerogative.Does 100% accurate

predictive tack record is a qualification must for an Astrologer?

Shri.K.N.Rao had said “unless an astrologer has maintained a good record

(sixty to eighty percent) of sound, clear, unambiguous and accurate predictions

over a period of fifteen years, he cannot be categorized as goodâ€

The great Astrologers have not expected 100% accurate predictions for

Astrologer to be categorized as good.
