Guest guest
Dear Ms. Vandana: Moola Dosha is also called "Gandanta Doshaa." It exists if birth of a child takes place in the last quarter of Aslesha, Jyeshta, or Revati, and in the first quarter of Aswini, Magha, or Moola nakshatraas. Even in these quarters, only if the birth takes place in the last eight ghatika of Aslesha, Jyeshta or Revati, and in the first eight ghatikaas of Aswini, Magha, or Moola, the dosha exists. The appropriate nakshatra remedies (I do not know why you say HIndi remedy! As far as I know chanting of Nakshatra sooktha pertaining to the nakshatra is the remedy) should be preferably done when the same nakshatra comes next month after the birth of the child to remove the blemish. Gandant dosha/ Moola dosham is believed to bring about inauspicious effects in the family and also for the child. If the remedy is not performed, it may lead to undesirable consequences at worst....and if the horosocope is otherwise very strong, it may just reduce the goodluck factor of the child. So, it is advisable to perform the remedy at the earliest convenience instead of taking a risk in this regard. If the remedy has not been done at the earliest opportunity, then doing even many remedies at later stages may be only of marginal relief. If it is felt that problems in the life of a person can be due to non-performance of this, then performance of special homams like Ayushya sooktha homam along with Nakshatra Homam on his/ her birthday every year till auspicious effects return can be a remedy in later life. Blessed be. Pandit. R.DAKSHINAMOORTHI ________ India Matrimony: Find your partner now. Go to http://.shaadi.com
