Your chart has few unique planetary placements. There

is parivartana b/w lagna lord (Mer) and 7th lord

(Jup), whereas AK in 7th and DK is in 1st.

 

Mercury maha dasa of 17 years has been running since

May 2005.

Aparently it should give marriage as it is in 7th

house (in benefic sign) and in navamsha of Venus. But

it won’t... At the advent of Mer dasa you might

confront a new job/workplace rather marriage.

 

In your case, Mercury will not yield marriage

opportunity without chaos, mental suffering and delay!

 

Don’t forget, it is the dispositor of two retrograde

planets. That is, both of Mercury's houses are

tenanted by retrograde planets. And maha dasa lord

tends to give result of its ownership rather

occupation. In 7th, there are three grahas where Sun

is ahead of Venus and Mercury therefore its effect

would be pronounced more. And 7th Sun does permit

early marriage. On the other hand, Moon (in fixed

sign) is under aspect of Saturn. Mutual rashi and

graha drishti b/w 1st and 7th lords indicate deep

rooted urge for partnership and association. And this

is the lesson you have to learn.

 

Thus many a times there will make a move or developing

a situtation for marriage. But talks may/will

terminate before materializing any result specailly in

Mer-Ket and Mer-Ven. The later part of Venus antar

(2008) may results in marriage when transit Jup will

move over radical Venus in 11th from Moon and transit

Saturn sojourn Leo.

 

Alternately antar of Moon (though afflicted by Saturn)

can yield marital bliss as occupant of 9th from lagna

and 2nd from Sree lagna. Note Moon is dispositor of

navamsha lagnesh (Mars) and owns UL in D9.

 

Marriage may occur with the endorsement of

parents/ancestors. Your 8th house is hemmed b/w

benefics and holds SL, hence you may get considerable

volume of dowry. But don’t expect peaceful conjugal

life as there are Mar-R with UL and Sat-R in 2nd from

UL. You will not live in join family (i.e. with

parents) after marriage. Instead your financial status

will rise after birth of progeny (vargottam 5th lord

-Venus is in karakamsa)
