Without knowing some facts about your self it would be difficult to verify whether the given horoscope is accurate or not. Let ask few questions, a) If your time is 5:30AM, Then your Atmakaaraka is in 8th house in Navamsa, Hence could give some health related problems which could possibly since birth. Mars will be in Navamsa lagna conjoined Ketu, Indicating that could get angry very easily. Jupiter in Navamsa lagna would indicate that you could be learning about many subjects and could be good in learning languages.
