If the 7th lord (Mars) is in 9th position (along with lagna lord) and

9th lord (Mercury) in the 7th position in a horoscope with Lagna in

Libra and Rasi in virgo. What will be the effect of these

combinations? What will be the effect, if the ketu in the 10th
