u must pose the question to a HR consultant or ur superiors and u will get the

right answer, astrologically all u have to do is link the the factors they say

w.r.t planets, dashas, gochara, ashtakavarga.

 

u will find some combinations that enhance ur relationship to ur employer work

wise and BOTTOM LINE wise. and some times u may be a burden to ur employer too

be same factor indicator for all lagna. or for every lagna we have

Reason to ask this....

 

One of my friend got promotion after failure of project in IT

industry. While One of my friend is already performing all the roles

and responsibilities of Higher Roles but still facing a problem in

getting promotion. Both are in same organization but so much of

mismatch happening. This in considered as Very normal in Work

Environments but this raises a curiocity in my mind about which

factors are considered as Growth factors for every Lagna..

 

As Mars or SUN cannot be considered as Higher Authority factors for

Virgo, Capricon Lagna.

 

Correct me if I am wrong?
