Guest guest
Dear Shri. Karunaakaram: I cannot comment on your intelligence or your knowledge of astrology as I have not seen and tested you personally. But, you seem to lack interpersonal skills and seem to rub too many people in the wrong way unwarrantedly. I have been receiving many mails denouncing you to my mail box ever since I posted rejoinder to your post......I will post just one of them below; I would have refrained from doing so if you had the decorum to avoid unnecessary controversies....You have dragged me again....So, I think you deserve this public insult. Let other members know about how you are unnecessarily chasing away good contributors from the forum.....Below is the mail...... ---- Dear Shri. Mohan Ram, My name is Ramapriya (male not female!), and I'm a 39-yr old engineer working in Dubai. I stopped posting about a year or so ago on this forum because this same Mr. Karunakaram made an unwarranted sarcastic remark and cited that he was 70+ old and all that. I told him that though he was my dad's age, he lacked my 7-yr old son's decorum and maturity. Needless to say, I didn't hear from him. Astrology doesn't necessarily have to come baggaged with monstrous egos. Too bad some don't realize it. I've myself begun my atmakaraka Moon dasa 3 months ago; let's see what it'll do to me. I was born in Hubli, Karnataka on 10th July 67 @ 10.52 am. Respects, Ramapriya mohan ram <mohanraaam wrote: Dear Sir/ Madam: Thanks for your feedback. Regarding Shri. Let us pray that Mr. Karunaakaram gets the wisdom to refrain from sarcastic and caustic rejoinders unnecessarily. YOu have done the right thing in having this discussion with me in private because if it had been aired in the forum, it might have started another controversy! I was given to understand that you are younger to me, and so kindly take this as an elder's advice to you. Of course, age is not the only criterion for respect. That is why I show my deference to Guruji Dakshinamoorthiji who is younger than even half my age! So, you can understand that I do not have an empty ego based on mere age....I know where I stand vis-a-vis other members of this forum. Guruji is towering above all others, and of course there are other learned Gurus like Sanjayji, Narasimhaji, Pandit Arjunji, Raghunatha Raoji, Sreenaadhji, and some young and able astrological minds like Shri. Souvik Datta, etc. Learn from these great minds. Have you ever seen any of these great contributors debating anything uselessly or passing sarcastic remarks on others unwarrantedly? Guruji Dakshinamoorthiji even ignored your sarcastic remarks you passed regarding his Paaraayanam group which were entirely unwarranted on your part......That is the typical example of a learned Guru's behaviour! We aged persons should set an example for others and not unnecessarily drag others for unwarranted fights. Just because I made a reference to my age, it does not make me shallow! I am ready to debate with you on any of the classics at any time! I am anchored firmly in the teachings of Guruji and life has taught more lessons than you could ever learn! Guest guest
Dear All, I am a well wisher of this forum and finds it as a useful stage where we can interact with the learned gurujis and fellow astrologers on astrological subject. It helps me a lot to learn more and more. Please note that all the people may not be good in the medium of communication (English) and by the time they express their ideas, it may look funny for others to read it. Would therefore advise all not to take the meaning verbatim and understand only the essense what was intended to be communicated. This will help in avoiding exchange of temperamental rockets aimed at fellow astrologers who are only trying to bring out their analytical view point. If the career profile of all the members are made available for reference, perhaps that may give a chance for everybody to understand and respect each other and utilise their time and energy for the promotion of this sacred science. As for me, I do not mind getting fired by gurujis for lack of knowledge, provided they correct and guide me with their wisdon. I believe, here is the proper time for our moderators to step in. Any use of improper and indecent use of language need to censured and such messages need not appear in this site at all. If anybody has so much abundant energy to waste in fighting it can be a person to person e-mail exchange rather than through this forum. The learned gurujis may please pardon me for this message, my only intention is to express my idea how to honour the sanctity of this forum where this divine science of Astrology is being dealt with. As for Shri. Mohanramji, I had seen lot of his messages which were quite educative and had personally requested the moderators to consider his case sympathetically. He again being picked up into another string of unpleasant controversies is not felt in the right earnest and hence this expression of personal view. One need to learn to respect others with better knowledge rather than launching temperamental rockets to win over. Hope all others will support my views for upholding the true value of this forum. Finally please excuse me for writing such a mail. I am Admn Officer of a reputed firm in UAE, aged 57 and hence consider fit enough to express my sentiments, perhaps it may help others to realise their satwic qualities. Karunaakaraam, I posted the rejoinder only to ensure that his sarcastic mail does not mislead other members of the forum because the topic of baalaarishtam is a very important one, and misconceptions in this regard should be cleared. Let us pray that Mr. Karunaakaram gets the wisdom to refrain from sarcastic and caustic rejoinders unnecessarily. YOu have done the right thing in having this discussion with me in private because if it had been aired in the forum, it might have started another controversy! Let us all share our knowledge and improve each other in every way. As Guruji often says "LET DIVINE GRACE GUIDE US" Best regards, Mohanraaam ---- I do not mind posting ALL the mails that denounced you, some even calling you names like "egoistic pig", if you are intent on dragging this further! I have no ill-will towards you...But, probably someone needs to show the dirt on your back to put you on the right track. I hope you will learn to respect the feelings of others and try to respect others for what they are.
