Does Mars play imp role in Higher authority? If yes then will Mars be same factor indicator for all lagna. or for every lagna we have to see different plannets for growth in Poistion/Role. Reason to ask this.... One of my friend got promotion after failure of project in IT industry. While One of my friend is already performing all the roles and responsibilities of Higher Roles but still facing a problem in getting promotion. Both are in same organization but so much of mismatch happening. This in considered as Very normal in Work Environments but this raises a curiocity in my mind about which factors are considered as Growth factors for every Lagna.. You can give your analysis with the above factors on some example chart and post to the list. So if you have essential understandings of mentioned arudhas and vaisesa lagnas and vargas then it is not difficult to build linkages. Besides above, it should be borne in mind that effect of grahas manifest according to their functional as well as natural characteristic. The natural behaviour of grahas i.e. their inheriting qualities are akin to universal principles. That is, they function irrespective of rashi in lagna, e.g. Sani is karma karaka, Sukra is kalatra karaka, Surya is the rajjya karaka etc. Whether the lagna is Capricorn, Virgo or Pisces! In short, every graha has specific set of principles devoid of its rulership. Expansion is associated with Jupiter. So whenever or wherever, there is expantion/promotion there is Guru. The kind and field of growth can be seen from relevant rasi/bhava and varga. The Dasamsa (D10) is a vital divisional chart as far as professional life and social status is concern. Artha trikona (10, 2, 6) shows native's attitude towards its profession and career. AL in D10 indicates how people take you professionally. In short your status/image in the society. 10 lord suggest nature of work while A10 may reveal ones workplace. Transfer may be of different kinds; it may be upgrading or degrading. But in desirable transfers, 3rd and 5th bhavas/padas and benefics are connected. While end of job is concerned with 8th bhava/lord. Pundit Sanjay Rath onces told, look for a connection between the fifth house and dasamsa for a job change. The fifth house is the 8th house from the tenth and shows temporary resignation (8th house matter) from what you are doing (10th) only to get another job (10th house is 6th from the 5th house). If transfer involves promotion/rise etc. then GL, A5 and Guru is working well. If it leads to change of work place (from one department/office to another) then karmapada (A10) in D1 and D10 is important. If transfer causes change of residence then Chaturthamsa (D4) and 4th house/lord and should simultaneously involved along with 3rd. If change only results in increase in salary then 11th house/lord involve more than others. Sudden transfer generally associated with Rahu or its dispositor. You also asked bout Sun and Mars role with respect to gain with authorities. Yes they are somehow connected with higher authorities. But more important is presence of effective RajaSambandha yoga. The yoga does not necessarily make one minister of a king. The native may be peon/clerk BUT serves someone commanding authority e.g. boss, H.O.D of the department, CEO of the company etc. People having stronger 6th/10th house and weaker 11th/2nd often is not rewarded well according to their capabilities and responsibilities and vice versa. Thus if one is enjoying higher income than his skills/reponsibilities then his 11th house/lord and Venus will be prominent than Saturn and 10th house/lord. If someone has well placed 9th lord and strong Sun in D1 and D10 then he/she will in good book of his/her boss. If 10th house/lord is strong then (sooner or later) he himself become head of the department or like to work independently. In D1 and/or D10, if karma karaka - Saturn is in kendar/kona to 10th lord then it makes one responsible and dutiful to his profession. Change Saturn with Sun in case of judging authority, Mercury for professional knowledge and Jupiter with success. If Sani is in kendar/kona to Jupiter or Venus then one is bound to rise high professionally. If lagna is hosting natural benefics then one will always satisfy with his profession (whether he is president or peasent) as lagna is the sukha argala to 10th house. On the other hand, if one has natural malefics in lagna of D1/D10 then he would hardly enjoy happiness and peace from his career. Bhrigu Nadi yields few unique tips regarding professional promotion or transfer. Check out the periods when both Jupiter and Saturn simultaneously trasit auspicious houses. If dasha/antar is favourable then rise is more than sure. Promotion will probably realize (subject to age/environment) when Jupiter transits over/opposite natal Saturn. Whereas transfer occurs when Saturn transits over natal Jupiter especially when Sudarshan Chakkra Dasa of 3rd or 5th house rasi is running in D1/D10. If transit Saturn is moving in bad house and is also over natal Rahu/Ketu or Mars (during unfavourable dasa/antar) then one may be fired or deposed, or confront professional difficulties.
