Iron Worker as a Profession

Dear Learned and Respected Members,

My name is Shivang.

 

I have been placed into a very cumbersome situation

with my profession. Excellent field. Above expectation

money. But not the desirable environment. Would you

please guide me for improvements/changes I should make

to situate myself a better environment. I never had to

think of working till I was 20 and then one day life

turned and ever since have been working like a

workaholic. I am in charge of running steel on

construction sites. Highly strung job. But I love it.

Physically demanding and highly rewarding at the same

time. Followed my fathers' footsteps into construction

industry and yet he objects to this particular

profession. He is silently commending it, or so I

feel, but advising me at the same time confidently

guiding me for higher professional moves. at this

point I stand to make perhaps a crucial decision(s)

for myself and my young family. I do wake up every

morning to walk the thin line between being and not

being. Maybe some part of me can handle it

subconsiously but I try not to think of it

consciously.

 

Kindly guide my energies.
