inconsistency in jobs / settling in a living place

I am from Kakinada / AP.

 

I have been working nearly continuously for

more than 10 years, but what I am facing is inconsistency in jobs -

i.e. I change my jobs every 1 to 2.5 years on average. Also savings -

not able to save much at all. Need help to understand why is it so

and when this could be becoming good.

 

I have been trying to steady focus to stay on as a one piece, can take

pressures and loads - but some how it didn't work - except in 2

ocasions where the organisation itslef was closed!

 

Also would like to know which place I will be settling in and when?
