Help needed to re-position career

Dear All

 

I am from Kakinada / AP. I have been working nearly continuously for

more than 10 years, but problems I am facing is inconsistence in jobs -

i.e. I change my jobs every 1 to 2.5 years on average. Also savings -

not able to save much at all. Need help to understand why is it so and

when this could be becoming good.
