Is it true that Sarpa Dosha is nullified for kataka lagna natives?

No , I dont think at all , Yoga is defined for Planets placements not for

lagna.

Immaterial of lagna see placemnt of planets.

Is there any way sarpa dosha is broken in this chart.

Are there any major hindrances in attainment of happiness or general

well being in family life and home matters. If so, until when?
