Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I am a 44-year old American lecturing at a university in Prague and, not having access to Vedic astrology books, am forced for now to make use online resources exclusively. In Vedic astrology I am a complete beginner, but have started reading lessons on the www..org website. I am not unfamiliar with the underlying metaphysical basis, having studied Neoplatonism extensively, and am attracted to Vedic astrology primarily due to its integration of traditional metaphysics and cosmology within a living religion, but am having trouble getting a clear picture of the system. Would someone please recommend how I should proceed? In which order, for example, should I read the lessons at the Sri Jagannath website? (They seem to be arranged alphabetically.) Are there other articles online that you would recommend? I have downloaded the lite version of the software. Would anyone be willing to help me understand my own chart as a means of getting some initial practice at spotting what is important? Any other suggestions? Best regards, Eric
