Marriage dates in yearly 'Panchali'

Hi all,

I just want to know how marriage dates are calculated in books that

are published every year and called yearly "Panchali".

 

What planetary position determines such date that are put in Panchali ?

Are they generic marriage dates ? If so then how come that applies to

people who are going to get married.

 

Any idea/input/thought sharing/pointer will be highly appreciated.
