Kshetras in north india (To Ms. Angel)

Dear Ms. Angel:

 

Unfortunately, I am unaware of any such Kshetras that could aid

marital prospects in North India except of Vaishno Devi temple. Of

course, there are many spiritual places like Allahabad, Mathura,

Kurukshetra, and Ayodhya (if we forget the controversies, the whole of

Ayodhya is Holy because it was the place where our Lord Raama had

Ruled Personally; I personally feel the Raam Janma Bhoomi controversy

is unnecessary because the very soil of Ayodhya will definitely be

having the essence of Lord Raamaa whose Lotus Feet would have

definitely traversed every inch of the city! When that is so, why a

controversy over a small piece of land? I am sorry if I have hurt any

feelings here; but what I have said is my honest opinion. If a

devotee of Lord Raama wants to really venerate the Lord, the best he

can do is to ensure that peace returns to the Holy City which was

maintained with peace and tranquility by the Lord Himself in His

incarnation as Shri Raam). But, for remedies, the concentration of

such Holy centres is more in South India.

 

Though we have some HOly rivers like Krishna, Swarnamukhi, Godavari

and Cauvery in the south, more teerthaas (Holy Rivers that absolve

one's sins) are concentrated only in the North. Similarly, though we

have wonderful kshetras like Kaashi, mathura, Allahabad, etc. in the

North, the best remedial Kshetras are concentrated mainly in South

India. It is probably God's design!
