Atmakaraka in parivartana with mokshakaraka

Respected Gurus,

Can we take rahu(co-lord of aquarius) and ketu(scorpio) for

parivarthan yogas from the point of their lordships.

For Example the scenario is:

Taken ketu as co-lord of scorpio,and if it is stronger than mars,and

if it is in parivarthna with a planet which happens to be atmakaraka

(Mercury).

usually we say the parivarthana is between the house X of ketu and

house Y of Mercury.

Can we even see the parivarhana from charakaraka point,like

parivathana of atmakaraka and mokshakaraka?

In general what are the results of such above said parivathana(between

Atmakaraka and Mokshakaraka)?
