Ascertaining the Lagna for border cases.....To Mr. Dakshinamoorthiji please

Dear Dakshinamoorthiji,

 

I would like to know how can we ascertain the Lagna of a person when

it is a borderline case. For eg: according to my mother, I was born on

the 6th of July, 1970 at 9:03 Am in Bombay. I thus got cancer lagna.

This lagna however changes to Leo at 9:08. My mother later mentioned

that I was born in between 9 and 9:15. My daughter has Leo Lagna and

her face and physical structure resemble mine. Would this mean that I

am also Leo lagna. Is there any other way to ascertain the lagna.

Dear Shri. Sunil:

 

Ascertaining the lagna of a person when it is a borderline case

as mentioned in your mail is really tricky. But, there are a couple

of techniques that can help to identify the correct lagna:

 

Finding the ascendant from the thumb impression can give you the

correct lagna. (Based on the whorl patterns in the thumb, we can

classify the lagna correctly). But, in some cases, even this is

dubious and it requires real expertise to find out the correct lagna

in borderline cases. Maybe, you can consult some naadi where they

will definitely give out your correct lagna. Though people are

divided in their opinion about the accuracy of the naadis, it is a

fact that naadi readers have the uncanny ability to give out the

ascendant of a native accurately based on the whorl patterns.

 

You can apply certain birth rectification techniques including some

mentioned in the Uttarakalamrita written by the immortal Kalidasa to

find out the time of birth.

 

You can use prashna/ arooda techniques to find out the correct birth

ascendant.

 

The similarities in appearance between yourself and your daughter may

most certainly be due to genetic inheritance rather than astrological

concordance, and so we can take this as confirmatory.

Sri Dakshinamoorthi Ji had already given some pointers to find the

Lagna.

 

Let me attempt to find out the Rasi Lagna for you based on your

request, using Prashna Chart.

 

I have casted a Prashna chart with the following details to find your

lagna.

 

March 8, 2006

Time: 5:32:41

Time Zone: 6:00:00 (West of GMT)

Place: 93 W 20' 59", 44 N 53' 23"

 

Prashna Lagna is Makara and Shukra is placed in it. Lord shani is

placed in 7th and aspecting the lagna. Prashna Navamsa lagna is Karka

and Budha is placed in it. Lagna Lord is placed in Makara and

aspecting the Lagna. Shukra the 4th and 11th lord is placed in Meena

Rasi and also Uccha. Also you will notice that Guru ( Vakra ) is with

Kuja ( 5th lord ) and Ravi 2nd lord. This Guru and Shukra is

parivartana. Hence I am considering the Meena Rasi is strong and

trines to it indicates your Rasi Lagna. So your current Rasi Lagna is

Karka, which is in trines to Meena Rasi hence I belive it is

accurate. We can also fine tune your Navamsa Lagna like this. Short

of time, I am unable to do that for you and you may request some one

else to do it and re-confirm with your past events.

 

Having said, I would request Gurus to correct me if I am wrong in

applying the Nashtaka Jatakam Prashna Principles.

My sincere thanks to Dakshinamoorthiji and to Mr. Raghunath Rao. As

mentioned by Dakshinamoorthiji, I now remember having met a Nadi

astrologer in Bombay and he had cast my horoscope taking my thumb

impression and given the lagna as cancer. Thanx for the wonderful

deduction by Mr. Rao.
