Guest guest
Dr.S.C.Kursija has stated... Respected August group members, First of all I will like to remind Shri Richard Shaw Brown that I am the member of PGA since 2002 who have clearly given his consent for Synthetic gems ---This is not correct. According to the rules of the PGA, which one can see in PGA books and on the PGA web site at http://www.p-g-a.org/pga-codes.html Dr.S.C.Kursija is breaking the first code: 1) PGA Members shall not sell nor promote the use of synthetic gemstones to any customers who are purchasing gems for jyotish prescription.* This code was voted into place by 89% of the original members. *A key issue of PGA voting results (April 2002): ---Use of synthetics in jyotish - 89% against Accordingly the 6 PGA codes were formulated in 2002, with Code #1 being 1) PGA Members shall not sell nor promote the use of synthetic gemstones to any customers who are purchasing gems for jyotish prescription.* Dr.S.C.Kursija's case is simply an oversight, and as Dr. Kursija had clarified the matter his PGA membership was suspended and his name was added to the PGA's OFF-LIST which one can see on the web at: http://www.p-g-a.org/off-list.html If Dr.S.C.Kursija ever wishes to rectify his position with the PGA please write to the sec and the case will be considered by the PGA's Ruling Committee: http://www.p-g-a.org/ruling-committee.html Best regards, Richard Shaw Brown http://p-g-a.org Send instant messages to your online friends http://uk.messenger.
