Green card appication and waiver papers

For your information, my brother is in US for almost 10 yrs. He

married late ard 28 yrs because he is a Dr. Had a love marriage with

his classmate. Good married life. Initially in US he had to struggle

but now he is doing very well. He did research on one paper and that

was flashed on the US News all over. He is into research and well

appreciated by everyone. That is the reason his waiver is likely to

pass. career wise he is doing excellent.

 

I am into Vedic astrology and according to me next year end he should

get his Green card and between Mar-May'05 he should have his waiver

papers approved.

 

Experts pls correct me if I am wrong.
