Denial of marriage

Dear Gurus and List members,

 

Is denial of marriage by determining Fruitful signs, Semi fruitful signs, Semi

Barren and Barren signs in vogue?

I am putting forward this question as I had not come across anyone ever

mentioning about this preliminary examination.

Dear David,

 

This is really an interesting point. I have come

across issue of barren (Gemini, Leo, Virgo) and

semi-barren (Aries, Sagittarius, Aquarius) signs

regarding pregnancy, fertility, gardening etc.

 

By the way, Moon (or ascendant) in Leo and Aquarius is

an indication of delayed marriage, specially when they

are under aspect of Saturn and without counter

association/aspect of benefics. On the other hand

there arised few cases of Gemini and Virgo, with

retrograde Mercury and as a result married quite late.

I am not generalizing these rules as I am devoid of

proper reference here. May be any of group member

provide quotes from Jyotish classic.

 

What is your observation with respect to marriage and

barren signs?
