According to me its time should be 22:50.Then the chart would be Aquarius Lagna occupied by Jupiter, the 11th and 2nd lord. He good from money point of view but malefic for marital life. He is 7th Lord in D/9. It is a case of love marriage as Lagna lord Saturn and 7th lord Sun are poitd in 5th. Mars and Rahu are posited in 9th in D/9 and are capable giving marriage. 8th lord Mercury is also posited in 5th. Saturn is aspecting 7th house. all being separative planets are causing the the trouble. Similarly the dasha of female is Jup/Saturn/ Rahu. Jupiter is 6th and 9th lord and dispositor of Ketu. Girl is normal and is frustrated. Can you please make her confide in to you and tell if what I feel is correct ?
