Question on Prashna Shastra...My 2Cents

dear tatvam ji

 

nice knowing your experiences.

 

few years ago when i attained divine energy after sacrificing

material comforts and detachment from own body and mind, i used to

test the energy by telling the planetary strengths of a native and

also the running dasa without asking a query. some times i also used

to write the query on a paper even before a querent visits me and

show it to the native. but soon my guruji reprimanded me for

wasting energy to test the prowess and ordered me to consign myself

to student level till my last breath and i remain a student

forever. ever since i have been silently performing miracles in

solving problems of those who approach me and never boast of them.

however, all this relates to vaak siddhi.

 

regarding vaak suddhi i still preach and practice both in public and

in private that if any person (even if he is an athiest) speaks

truth manasa, vaacha and karmana (in thought, word and deed) due to

the vaak suddhi whatever that person says becomes truth. if an

astrologer does not have vaak shuddhi whatever he predicts shall not

become true. hence vaak suddhi is more important pre-requisite for

an astrologer.

 

it is good that you and i share our experiences so that budding

astrologers keep a check on showing their prowess and focus more on

serving their customers.

I fully agree with you thats why Prasnamaarga says

"......ohaapoha patur siddha mantro hi jaanaati jaathakam"

soover and above science you need good ability to guess what is the proper rukle

applicable in the particular case in front of you and that knowledge only comes

from divine grace."

 

All the knowledge of different texts helps but to know to apply which rule from

which authority is the most important thing.
