Dear Srimanji,

Namaskar!!! On my name card it says I am, "Gemologist & Designer" - it doesn't

say

businessman. I am not trained in business. And apart from Sannyasi EVERYONE is

in

business... otherwise how can anyone support themselves? Teachers are selling

knowledge, leaders are selling leadership, everyone has to have a profession.

And

profession means selling time or goods.

I am involved with a precious fashion jewellery company, Astral Gemstone

Talismans -

http://www.agt-gems.com - establised in 1975. Since last 15 years I am not

involved in

buying nor selling. I work for AGT as Designer. There are 30 other employees who

handle

sales, purchases, accounting, etc., business activities. I only engage in PG and

design.

AGT, the company I work for, only sells fine gems and precious jeweled

talismans. Other

Sacred items, like Shalagram Shila, Lakshmi conch, etc., we do not sell

(although I possess

these items for puja); and other sacred items in our Museum are also not for

sale because

they cannot be scientifically identified, nor easily replaced. AGT is only a

"jewellery"

company. And I'm in the business of being an employee.

Best rgds,

Richard Brown
