Guest guest
Dear All, Shukra with Indu (Moon) in trikastha results in weak eyes and blindness. In my experience, I have seen Moon and Venus in 12th, sometimes in Lagna and in 2nd, in 6th and 8th have been found in Blind people's chart. Also I have seen Mars, Sun in those places leading to myopia and general defective vision.Weak Guru in 2nd,12th also gives defective vision. Guru becomes lord of vision by default. Guru is karaka of the 2nd and eyes are judged from 12th and 2nd. Hence ill placement of Guru results in eye defect. This should also hold true of the 2nd and 12th lord. Tatvam-Asi Example 1) 13th May 1950,4.20 am, sani gaw Michigan. Stieve Wonder 2)2nd August 1936, 11.47 am,Udaipur Rajasthan (Highly myopic) 3) 2nd December 1944, Bombay, 11pm. Wears +6 number glasses 4) 5th February 1984, 9.44 pm Bombay. Has Glaucoma in both the eyes. I think the above examples would suffice. Guest guest
Let us take the example of native born in 1936 in Udaipur. His Jupiter is in second, causing myopia. Any karaka in the bhava reduces the good effects. (HOwever, Jupiter in second does not reduce the wealth, but from this example, we will have to think he gives bad eye sight) Jupiter is also aspecting the Sun and venus, who cause eye problems. Sun in ascendant for cancer is said to be causing eye problems but in experience, this is not proved. Here, sun is in cancer but not ascendant. The only other explantion for the myopia is that mars is in neecha and aspects of Moon and Jupiter has not caused neecha bhanga. The expers may confirm this. On the other hand, the sashtamsa which stands for the health and debts gives much more good evidence of the eye problems by having afflicted 2nd and 12th houses 0f D6. However, it can also be deduced that left eye(ruled by 12th) is more afflicted than the right since saturn in D6 is in Virgo, which is the 12th of Rasi chart. (Saturn in the mercury houses is not really good) However, here moon is occupying the scorpio in D6 and hence, what swee has said about moon may get validated. Interestingly, moon also aspects sun and venus. In any case, by looking at one single chart, we should not deduce general rules. Guest guest
dear kishore garu in this native of udaipur, he is not blind and only myopic because of the following: 1. if the ascendant lord and second lord are conjoined with sun and venus and placed in a dushthana, the native will be blind. however, this combination in the native has not occurred in a dushthana and hence the native is spared from blindness. also this conjoin is receiving jupiter's aspect. 2. if lord of the sixth house is retrograde, it gives eye problems. 3. if lords of 2nd and 12th houses (representing both eyes) are debilitated, it represents weakness of eyes. in this native 2nd lord mars is debilitated. 4. venus representing eyesight (white eyeballs as per swee) becomes weak in combustion with sun and mars as in this native. 5. in attributing planets to physical anatomy, sun and moon represent both the eyes. in this native moon is not bad and also the 12th lord mercury is not bad. hence the native is not blind. with best wishes arjun vedic astrology, "kishore mohan" <kishorepatnaik09 wrote: > > I have read one of the case studies provided by nonamenoname in this > thread. > > regards, > > Kishore patnaik > > In vedic astrology, "panditarjun2004" > <panditarjun2004@> wrote: > > > > dear kishore garu > > > > please furnish birth details so that we can see lordships as well > > and read accodingly as a case study. > > > > with best wishes > > arjun > > vedic astrology, "kishore mohan" > > <kishorepatnaik09@> wrote: > > > > > > Let us take the example of native born in 1936 in Udaipur. > > > > > > > > > His Jupiter is in second, causing myopia.
