retrograde planet and aspects

respected learned members,

i have a query about aspect of retrograde planets.

is it true that a retrograde/vakri planet aspects a house from the

previous house where it is situated ?

e.g. jupiter if in 4th house normally aspects 8th, 10th and 12th from

its 5/7/9 drishti. if its vakri would it also aspect from the previous

house which would be 3rd. and aspect 7th, 9th and 11th too ?

if yes, would it also do the same with respect to rashi drishti along

with grah drishti.

it would be a great help if someone can put some light on this issue.
