Guest guest
Dear learned members, I have a query on calculation of amatyakaraka. Isnt amatyakaraka defined as the 2nd highest degree planet in a horoscope? This doubt arose when I entered the foll. birth data in the jagannatha software. DOB: 22-08-1981 TOB: 12:49pm POB: Mumbai, India According to longitudes, Mercury is the 2nd highest degree planet, but the software shows Rahu as the amatyakaraka. Pls. clarify this. Guest guest
|| Satyam Bruyat Priyam Bruyat || Dear Astrobuff, Please deduct Rahu's longitude from 30 degrees and then check. Rahu's progression is checked in reverse direction since it moves retro.
