Ketu in the first house and the reverse reconing of chart

Dear Gurus and Members,

Hare Rama Krsna!

 

Pt Sanjay Rath in one of his conference lectures says

that if Ketu is in the first house, then when Ketu period

runs, the chart should be rendered in reverse.

I would assume that a planet in 6th would then be in 8th

and so on.

 

How are signs distributed in this case, do they follow

the planets or stay in their original places?

If they follow the planets, are dristis also counted by

reversed zodiac?
