This year is taken by most panchangas as the start of the Kali Yuga. It is said that Mahabharata War was fought 35 years prior to his giving up of his body. This puts the date at 3137 BC. Please check if the said eclipses occured in that year. The 35 years info is an estimation by various people like Dr. Subhash Kak. I do not know what references they have used. Maybe Srimad Bhagavatam gives us some clues about the life of Sri Krishna after the war. Considering the additional information that eclipses occured within 14 days in 3129 BC, it might be that Krishna lived in his sharira for 27 years instead of 35 years.
