all your observations are true.

 

since handicap or disability is a very sensitive area, i give a

sensible observation. when a child is born the chart based on his

birth details denotes the newborn's audited karmic results of the

previous birth as on that birth date. neither the newborn innocent

baby nor the parents are to be blamed for this.

 

however, an astrological chart can predict congenital deformations

as well as future loss of limbs. but this is one area where i do

not venture into detailing how sun, mars, rahu, saturn and venus

cause various handicaps because each person start looking at his own

chart whether he has this fear of becoming handicap.
