Dear Shri. Dhillon:

You are suffering from situational anxiety as you are nearing an

interview which in your opinion holds the key to your career

satisfaction. Kindly relax.

We will all pray for you. Instead of panicking, kindly let go.

Prayers have effected miracles in the lives of many and let us hope

they will work for you also.

Do not think about your impending interview at all! Just relax, pray.

When the mind panicks, you should let it rest. Trying to test its

efficiency may lead to more anxiety induced disorientation. Have a

nice sleep. Intake of honey mixed with brahmi juice will definitely

help your case. Try some ayurvedic shop in your viscinity for Brahmi

products.

I am sure many of this forum members will also pray for you.

Cheer up young man..... one interview will not make or break your

career!

I have another suggestion for you. Kindly do not rush in for

psychiatric sessions. Kindly wait for 2 to 3 days living a normal

life trying to forget your stress. If you still feel you need

professional psychological guidance, then you may go for it.

If you really feel you cannot take it this time due to your anxiety,

there is no harm in skipping it altogether and giving it a try next

year. But, let us hope that you will be able to make it this year

itself!

Blessed be.
