I understand these dosha's come from past karma's.Is there any way so that God would forgive you for your past mistakes. When I was a 5th Grade my parents performed some pooja so that the effects of mangal dosha goes away. Other than that can I do anything. I pray hanumanji regulary, will that make any difference. As per Dr. BV Raman there are exceptions, "The exceptions are: Mars in the 2nd can be said to be bad provided such 2nd house is any other than Gemini and Virgo; in the 12th the dosha is produced when such 12th house is any other than Taurus and Libra in the 4th house Mars causes dosha provided the house falls in any sign other than Aries and Scorpio; when the 7th is other than Capricorn and Cancer, the dosha is given rise to; and Mars gives bad effects in the 8th, provided the 8th is any other than Sagittarius and Pisces. In Aquarius and Leo, Mars produces no dosha whatsoever. The dosha is counteracted by the conjunction of Mars and Jupiter or Mars and the Moon; or by the presence of Jupiter or Venus in the ascendant." Guest guest Posted January 18, 2006 Report Share Posted January 18, 2006 Respected Dakshinamoorthi ji I have learnt from my Guru that Manglik Dosha occurs only if the mars is in the 7th or the 8th house from lagna or moon in case of girls and in the 7th house from lagna or moon in case of boys. Even here the effect of Manglik Dosha is reduced when Mars is in its own house or debilitated. Mars in any other position from Moon / Lagna does not constitute Manglik Dosha. Can you please clarify. A- From Lagna B- From Moon C- From Shukra. Now If Mangal is in Lagna , 4 Th house , 7 Th house 8 Th house, 12 Th House. It is Mangal Dosha at first sight. It means that out of 12 Kundali on an Average 5 are found with Mangal Dosha. If It is found from Lagna , Chandra and Shukra, It is called Prabal Mangal dosha. One lady had sent querry here that she has not heard three types of Mangal dosha. This is a reply to that Baby. God bless her..!! In any Horo Of Kanya Sun talk about Husband Chandra : Man , ( Feelings ), Bhog-Vilas, Romance etc. Shukra : Virya and its ultimate use from Husband or otherwise ( We also check it for issue. ) Those having strong Mangal should be associated with strong Shukra partner. Mangal is restricted By Guru and Shani. If Both have strong Mangal, It is not advisable. Dr, BV Raman lists only Moon and Jupiter, has potential to remove Kuja Dosha (Weakness). Now try to understand why Dr Raman told that, The Kaalapurusha chakra is used to understand this, 1)Venus The Natural 7th house is Libra Ruled by Venus, So for all relationship ships Venus is the giver of relationships. The 8th from 7th is Taurus, Which is again ruled by Venus. 8th gives longevity and hence length. So both Quality (1st) and Duration(8th from 7th) is given by Venus. Jupiter is exalter of Venus (in Pisces Jupiter ruled), So jupiter conjunction with Venus gives both quality and duration/quantity to relationships. Presence of Venus in Quadrant gives strength and hence can sustain more the onslaught of troubles. 2) Mars 2nd and 7th house are Maaraka Or Killers for any house, In terms of Bad-Quality and Short-Duration. The 2nd and 7th from Libra is Scorpio and Aries, These house are ruled by Mars. A weak or Bad Mars gives both a bad relationship and short relationships. Weakness of Mars is in natural sign of Cancer. Good dignitiy of Mars is essential for long lasting and healthy relationship. If Mars gets bad, Then there can only be Neecha Banga. Considering this scenario -> A horoscope of Aries Asc with Mars is in 8th house [2nd from Libra ] its own house and Jupiter is in a 4th house - Cancer - kendra. Will the Kuja dosha be overcome because: 1) Jupiter is aspecting the 8th house? or because 2) Jupiter is in Kendra and exalted or 3) Mars is in its own house (even though it is 8th) Let me know your thoughts. Both theory and practicals together are needed to pass examinations. Now Here is my understanding of that chart, The Natural(Naisargika) kaaraka for relations(7th Venus) and natural sustainer of Relations Mars) indicates the general quality of relations. A Marriage is also relationship and more, The more is Commitment. The 12th house and arudha of 12th i.e UL indicates the person to whom one is commited. One can still be commited to an individual even if the partner is bad or good. So, UL another important factor. Read Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra's Chapter on UL (Upapada) for more understanding. The maraka staana to UL indicates the troubles to marriage. 2nd and 7th from a house is it's maraka or killers when they become malefic. In Smt Sonia Gandhi's chart (If we take the cancer Lagna), The UL falls in Aries, The 2nd from UL is aspected by Rashi drishti, by Venus, Jupiter and Saturn. The benefic aspect of Venus and Jupiter is not being very helpful, since they themselves are in 7th (maraka) from UL. So their activities has to abide by the house dictation. Now Venus is also 2nd and 7th lord from UL so he full maraka for Aries UL. Hence Presence of Moon or Jupiter in quadrant is akin to Neecha banga, i.ethe person will come up after facing difficult situation. The Kuja dosha(weakness) can be overcome after some initial difficulty.
