We all know that an exalted retrograde planet

behaves like debilitated one and debilitated retrograde behaves like

exalted.What is the effect of a retrograde venus in 12th H in libra

(own sign)?Will it behave like a neech planet or will it get chestbal

due 2 retrogression and thus venus will be rendered strong?Wat does

our classics hv 2 say in this regard?The case of a benefic planet

being in OWN SIGN and retrograde.Is it weak or strong?If weak what all

remedial measures need 2 b performed(for marriage)???
