Is this a Challenging chart?

Namastae. I came across this chart (see below - i am giving both

Rasi and Navamsa) and upon discussions I was told that this chart is

challenging. I was also told that this bears several special yogas,

which I am not sure. What is special about this chart and what can

one tell about this individual? Is the grouping of planets favorable

to this individual? What can be said for sure from this chart? Your
