Guest guest
Dear Renuji: Just a small correction to begin with..... Mars - the yogakaraka is exalted in the 7th house and not the 8th house for Kataka lagna as mentioned in your mail. I will try to give the general delineation for that. Mars- the yogakaraka for Kataka lagna is also the lord of the 5th and 10th houses. Its debilitation in lagna and exaltation in 7th house means that the native's efforts and resources will have to be focused on the welfare of the spouse to a great extent. The yogakaraka debilitated in the lagna can indicate that the native is destined for a life of self-denial and sacrifice due to past karmas (Mars's rulership of 5th house indicating purvapunya). 10th lord exalted in 7th can indicate that the spouse of this native can enjoy exalted status that is a reflection of the native's success in his/her profession. A common example can be the respect given to the wives of prominent persons who shine in the reflected glory of their spouses. Ofcourse this is again a general delineation based only on the bhava significations without taking into account the planetary dispositions in the individual horoscopes. I hope Shri. Shreenadh will not mind this discussion running into kataka lagna before he could complete the discussion on Aries lagna. I had to answer because this point has been raised. Blessed be. Guest guest
Dear Dakshinamoortyji, Thank you very much for the correction of my silly mistake and I think it was a typo on my part. When you explain and when I read Shri K. N. Rao's books astrology seems to be so much easy to understand but when I try to apply those I get confused with so many theories. Also what is the impact of 10t lord being debilitated in the lagna? I do understand your expalanation 10th lord being exalted in the 7th house. Thank you sir, Blessings - In vedic astrology, "dakshinastrologer" <dakshinastrologer> wrote: > > Dear Renuji: > > Just a small correction to begin with..... Guest guest
Dear Renuji: 10th lord debilitated in Lagna might mean that the native will not enjoy the perks and comforts associated with his professional status. The responsibilities associated with the job can give tough circumstances to the native. The extent of that may vary in individual cases, but surely there will be troubles arising from professional sources. A common example can be a naval officer who is entitled to free rations on board a ship. While this may conjure images of a powerful officer living a luxurious life in the ship, in reality, the officer will hardly have time for a quick grab of bread if his ship is on sensitive missions. Lord Rama's example is another typical one. He never enjoyed kingly comforts happily. The responsibilities of his kingdom forced Him to make a lot of sacrifices at various points of His life. Guest guest
Dear sir, Can you please post the Sri Rama's birth chart? I have that of Sri Krishna but not of Lord Rama. I think it is really a great comparision because sri rama had every thing on his platter but he has never enjoyed them, whereas sri krishna never had anything in his share-neither raja yoga nor conjugal enjoyment- yet, he has enjoyed the circumstances. Sri Krishna's attitude and Sri rama's life are a teaching to the world at large. Guest guest
Dear Dakshinamoortiji This indeed is a nice way of learning and your examples explain the theories precisely. Could you kindly let me know whether there are any books/articles on astrology written by available for reading. Thank you and blessings to you Renu vedic astrology, "dakshinastrologer" <dakshinastrologer> wrote: > > Dear Renuji: > > 10th lord debilitated in Lagna might mean that the native will not > enjoy the perks and comforts associated with his professional status. > The responsibilities associated with the job can give tough > circumstances to the native. Guest guest
Respected Guruji It was very educative to read your points on Aries lagna and now kataka lagna. In such cases how would it fare if both the girl and the boy to be married belong to the same lagna together with kuta agreements? Would they complement each other or confront each other? What is the significance if both of their lagnas fall on the same pada of the same nakshatra? Is it something special and do they have good compatibility? Thank you and Best Regards Jaya vedic astrology, "dakshinastrologer" <dakshinastrologer> wrote: > > Dear Renuji: > > Just a small correction to begin with.....
