Parivartana+debilitation+badhaka+aspect

Dear Gurus

 

Please guide me on the following situation.

 

Consider a libra lagna with venus in the 11th and sun & Rahu in the

lagna.

 

Sun is debilitated and the badhakasthana lord. Neecha bhanga rajayoga

occurs as ve is in a kendra from moon and other factors.

 

According to the general opinion venus would give the effect of sun

in his own house and vice versa.

 

Now I have many doubts and confusions regarding this scenario.

 

1. Will venus give the effects of "debilitated sun with rahu" or does

sun lose his debilitation due to the parivartana ??

 

2. Will venus give the effect of sun in its mahadasha and antar dasha

periods ?

 

3. The bhadaaksthana lord being debilitated, is that good ?

 

4. Neecha sun aspects the 7th house. Is this aspect malefic ?

 

 

Please kindly clear these doubts..
