I am a Western Uranian astrologer learning

Vedic astrology, which is why I am on this list. Your post intrigues me, and

using Uranian methods I think I can give you some ideas as they are both very

interesting charts. In my astrological system, I use the usual planets, nodes,

and several sensitive points that act as planets that have odd names so you won’t

recognize them. Also, although I use houses and signs, I generally ignore them

in favor to aspects between midpoints and planets, Uranian yogas, you might say..

 

First of all, this man has the nodes at his

Aries Point. That means he is connected to lots and lots of people. He is also

a very psychic person, highly attuned to others (a complex of Moon, Apollon,

Neptune, and Poseidon). He is also a very strong man physically and

he has amazingly good luck. He has great leadership skills and is very inventive.

He maintains friendships with very low-class people. He is tenacious as hell.

 

Also, the man is a natural litigator. What

his chart shows in terms of lawsuits is that he makes very good connections

with the courts. He does it suddenly and quickly. It is also clear that he

makes secret agreements with people, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he

hasn’t done that with the courts. Your client, however, has miserable

aspects for the courts, including the fact that she can be victimized by

corruption. He, on the other hand, has aspects where he actually makes money

from lawsuits, justly or not.

 

Unfortunately, your client has so many bad

aspects, including those that impoverish a person completely, that I am

surprised that she survived as long as she did. In fact, even physically, she

is in grave danger right now. Moreover, she is so deeply depressed and worried

that that alone can do her in. Also, in her chart she has a natal Pluto/Admetos

midpoint, completely and fundamental change, now being aspected by Pluto. The

change continues. One active aspect at work right now is that Jupiter is

directed over his Saturn/Hades midpoint, which is effect is the destruction  of

material life through enemies. She has a natal Uranus/Hades midpoint that makes

her a victim of mean and vile acts. That point recently was felt the force of Admetos

by direction, which means to be damaged beyond restitution. This point will continue

to be battered as Neptune will direct itself over the natal

midpoint. It makes her completely helpless against any vile acts done to her. I

could a few dozen more, but it is getting just too depressing to write about

it. Sadly, she probably will also become homeless.

 

Meanwhile, her enemy is not only

prospering, but he is about to hit another windfall. He might as well play the

lottery. However, interestingly enough, he also is going to face monetary and

property losses relatively soon. It will come as a complete surprise to him.

Moreover, he is not really in such good health himself. He is in danger of

death, if he is not careful. I won’t say he is fated to die, but he is in

danger. He is not a young man, and when the death midpoints are active he must

be careful. It also appears that he is continuing to plot and plot for more. He

is a terrible kind of person who escapes, Jupiter on Hades/Kronos, but at the

same time right now he is facing a directed Neptune to that same point, meaning

he will be involved in some

kind of fraud, and it could be perpetrated on him as well.

 

I am sorry for your client. She has so many

bad aspects natally that they were bound to come due sometime. She may have had

approximately the same kind of dreariness 22-years-ago and lead her into the

initial lawsuit in the first place. I would suggest to see how she was faring

at that time, around 22 to 22 and half years ago. The difference today is that

she has very bad transits over some of her most critical points with respect to

material, mental, and emotional life. And these transits of the slow moving

planets just sit there and seem never to move away. By the way, the threat of

jail, Saturn/Vulkanos, is real. She may not be actually jailed, but she does

supervision by the state, because directed Kronos is now hitting that aspect.

The various planetary pictures for being jailed, Saturn+Vulkanos-Ascendant or –Uranus,

are now both active. However, the one with Uranus is, as the directed Moon, one

of the personal points, is on it. She must be exceptionally vigilant at this

time. The third jailing planetary picture is the most troubling, however. It is

Saturn+Vulkanos-Neptune and the directed picture is now hitting Saturn, which

is like having a dasha activation. So, she must be exceptionally careful. However,

in all likelihood, these aspects do not necessarily mean a prison jailing, but

they do mean that your client is going to be completely dependent on others for

an indefinite period of time. In effect, she is being imprisoned, because she

cannot have any genuine independence. God, I haven’t seen so many bad

aspects in play in a long time for anyone.

 

Also, because she has Virgo ascendant

(tropical zodiac), her tertiary progressions will indicate that in an average

life span, she will have 20 significant life reversals. The last one occurred

at the last tertiary station of Mercury of May 2004. I have the same ascendant,

and I face these things every few years so I know what that is about

personally.

 

I think that you can simply translate some

these ideas into Vedic system. If you used Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto, you

probably would see their influence in her Vedic chart. They have a tendency to

confirm rather than distort ordinary Vedic analysis. You may want to look at

that. For the man Pluto is in the last degrees of Gemini (Krishnamurthi anyanamsha),

26:56 retrograding in the eighth (a bad place for it even in traditional

Western astrology); Neptune, 16:28 of Leo, in the tenth (Neptune rules fraud and

failure); while Uranus is in his fifth,

quick reversals in all fifth house activities. For her, Pluto would be sitting

the 12th, a bad for it even in Western astrology (I have one as it

is also a threat of imprisonment or confinement); her Neptune is in the second,

fraud or great confusion with respect to finances; and her Uranus is in the 11th,

disrupting all 11th house matters, including her hopes.

the judges asked for proof, that she had brought her business partner this and

that business/order, and when she brought the proof, the judges told her, that

the proof is not accepted.

All the major programs of Western astrology

provide all the forms of progressions. I use Janus 3 and Winstar for almost all

my astrological work. As I favor Uranian astrology, I use Janus the most,

because it has the best software for harmonic dials and midpoints. Tertiary

progressions, by the way, is very good to use with Vedic astrology. All major

events in tertiary progressions coincide quite nicely with dashas and sub-periods.

It is also a very good way to help in rectification. One of the best Vedic

astrologers in this country, Richard Houck, the author of the Astrology of

Death, now himself dead, was a great proponent of tertiary progressions. You

should try them out.
