2# Retro + Debilated Benefic planet = Exalted ???

-Dear Rafal,

 

I have been following this thread with interest.

I have read that debilitated and vakra is a neechbhanga and the

planet gives the results as of exaltation.

In my horos'pe ascendant is Leo with Mercury vakra and debilitated

in 8th house , a dusthan. What, in your opinion will be the

contribution of Mercury to this horoscope?
